  1. I wish it was cold here!! I was skiing Squaw Valley, CA. around 3 pm yesterday and it was like 50F and pouring warm rain even at the top of the mountain And when we got back to the cabin there was a river running down our street from all the melting snow! It's been like skiing in May all weekend. I didn't even use ski gloves or a wear sweater until 2:30 today just a very light open soft shell! Fly like a girl

  4. I had a compound tib/fib injury 2 years ago and got a rod and 5 screw's put in my tib. The doctor said that he was not going to take anything out unless it bothered me. About a year ago the screws at the bottom were causing me some discomfort and my fracture was not fully healing. I got those screws removed so there could be some pressure at the fracture site helping it to heal. The doctor said I should not have the rod out since it would be a major surgery and take several months to heal as appose to a short time for just the screws. I decided to not have the rod taken out since I was really over being gimpy after 1 1/2 years of it. There is a higher risk of damaging a joint but, my doctor thought it was a better decision for me than risking taking the rod out witch would have been my 3rd surgery on that injury. I just got back to jumping this summer and aside form dealing with ongoing nerve damage from the initial injury the break has healed well and the rod and remaining screws don't bother me. I would just ask your doctor what is the best plan for you. Fly like a girl
  5. I'd love to but, I just made 2 flights to Idaho and one to eastern Utah from California in the last month so no more long flight trips for me in the near future unless the plane can fill up it's own tanks plus the Fiancé can't get the time off work Have fun though. It was a good time last year
  6. Ha ha ha I'm laughing because I have done the EXACT same thing!!! Only it was at a boogie after I started drinking so maybe I have an excuse I have also fallen off a bed and broken my collar bone, swam into the side of the pool and broke my nose and hit my self in the head with the pet hair attachment to my vacume almost knocking my self out because I got my hair sucked in to it there is no excuse for those or me in general Fly like a girl

    Travel advice

My only cruse experience was a southern Caribbean cruise with royal Caribbean and I absolutely loved it! I thought I'd get bored on the ship but even with 7 night's I still didn't see everything. It was a blast and highly recommended. All your meals are included and everything I ate was fantastic! I never felt the need to go to their specialty restaurants because their was something new in the dining room every night. The entertainment was great and had something for everyone. They treat you like a king. house keeping, turn down service and a room atendent that always remembered your name and even how you liked your pillows I wasn't even bothered by too many children (I really like kids just not in my face when I'm on a romantic trip with my boyfriend) because they had their own area's and the indoor pool was adults only. Anyway I think you will have a blast! Here are some pic's of things to do on the ship Fly like a girl
