I learned don’t reach. Reaching is something i learned from 4 years of racing BMX when I was a teenager It's just not a good thing to do in sky diving:) My landings are 20 times better now in days :) Hope I didn’t just jinx my self. -CK

The name of the song is buy SUBLIME & NO DOUBT SAW RED is the name of the song. Yes it was at perris. And i am flying a spectre 190!! That landing sucked everyone was watching :P.

Ok this is just a little video I put together from my canopy class. My first landing really really sucked. I would also like to see some other peoples landing videos. So I don't feel as bad :) click 4 landing video -ck

The most helpful thing was the video taping and the debriefing of my landings. I use to race bmx so my natural instinct is to put my hands out in front of me (reaching as they called it) This was the cause of me having hard landings. I all so still used the 2 stage flare they teach you in aff. I learned to try and make my flare one continues smooth movement. -CK

I just took the canopy class this weekend at Perris. Wyat Drewes was my teacher I went from smashing in my landings and over shooting my target. To stand up landings and with in my target by 100 feet. It was a very good learning experience for me. I would recommend a canopy class to all new jumpers. I only have 50 jumps. Just my 2 cents.

What about Oxy Clean I have used it to get rid of grass stains on my leg straps. Is this a bad idea? -CK

Just thought i would say hi. My name is Craig and I have been lurking for a few months now. I Jump at perris. I just started jumping with the LO last weekend And guess what my tracking sucks Any ways If any one needs a bad tracker hit me up. -CK

Anyone have any references for a rigger in the south bay, long beach, OC area?

Just got my new rig and the leg straps seem a little lose. What are the pros and con's to this? They said they could shorten them up for me if need be.
