    "Also I heard a place called Jako, something like that, will come down hard on hospitals if they hear of mistreatment within a hospital." Calling JCAHO or Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations will only work if the hospital pays for their accreditation. Hospitals pay JCAHO for their accreditation for Medicare and the such.
