  9. anyone tried to pack XF2-119 into RSK.5? fit well? too tight? https://www.facebook.com/1skydive/
  10. have the same problem again and again a lot depends on canopy I had J3K with 170 Spectre, in my opinion javelins are on a loose site, I should have bought J1KS or even OJK + PDR143 + Spectre170 (Spectre has small packing volume - 7 cell) then one can go to Sabre150 down to Sabre135 just my speculation, also consider where you are packing (dry vs humid) I have TJNK now, originally bought for XF2-139 I have put in Pilot150 with no problem, would easily pack Spectre-170, but I am better then average packer :) https://www.facebook.com/1skydive/

  12. I have heard of that friction stuff however the possibility of premature deployment compared to possibility of line twist on each and every deployment when rotating introduces more friction makes me: --never rotate the bag-- not to rotate the bag is my own decision, not a sugestion to anoone I jump javelin odyssey, where the closing pin is realy well protected and I always triple check the pin myself before exit note that there are othe containers, where pin protection is not as secure https://www.facebook.com/1skydive/
  13. that's my experience as well no fight, no fast, corrective movements good practice is to track, change angle, go hd, change angle to back track etc (just know where u r relative to jump run) https://www.facebook.com/1skydive/
  14. "Pilot opens [...] on heading" right, I have a very good filing about pilot, go for it and personally I don't like the way Saphire flares BTW I love Icarus (have two XF2 canopies) https://www.facebook.com/1skydive/
  15. for the record: now I have XF2-119 in TJNK and it fits great not that big change from 139 a smaller than 109 would be too loose in my opinion https://www.facebook.com/1skydive/

  20. ??? this is the price I got in one of the small foto shops in Orlando, FL (near by skyventure) How is that possible that a lens sold by on-line shops for around $650-$700 is offered in real shop for $399 ??? is it fake? is anything wrong about the lens? should I buy one? any knowledgable answers highly appreciated https://www.facebook.com/1skydive/
  21. I vote for them, very good service and quick response to unusual needs :) https://www.facebook.com/1skydive/
  22. nice means OK (not only about the looks but safety and usability too) and yes, this was checked with very experienced rigger and the manufacturer as well this is my second javelin, both were ordered new I am very happy with the rig but I do think it's on a loose side maybe I am better than average packer, but I am afraid that putting anything smaller than the max specified by sunpath might be too loose https://www.facebook.com/1skydive/
