I took a tour out there when I first moved to Houston. It is a cool place to see. I like the control room where the handled the moon landing. Very cool. Ol'Chanman in a good connection to have. That would be neat to get photo with the astronauts.

I'm sorry Jumperconway. I couldn't edit the post to add the names I forgot. Some replied too fast and I guess it locks your post after someone replies. It truly was a privledge to jump with you high timers. I didn't mean any disrespect by not including them I just couldn't add them after I hit "post message". My bad David and Gemini have helped me a lot so I shouldn't have forgotten. Hell all you guys are good. I was getting some coaching by some shit hot skydivers on Saturday & Sunday. All the advice I got I am still thinking about. Especially the last one when I went low and couldn't get back up to you guys. Now I know... Don't get under the formation and don't try to look up at it. I am so bad anytime I can jump with people with your experience I am all over it. Everytime I go up with you guys I learn so much. Thanks for jumping with me. I want to get better sooooooo bad.

What an awesome weekend at Spaceland! Got in on a jump that had a 1000th jump, two SCRs and an SCS for me all rolled into one cool skydive. Then today I got my 100th jump! Yahooo! Got in on 6 skydives. None of them less than a 6-way (that would qualify as a big way for me

Hey I am all over that tunnel camp! I mean I am on it. I ordered my rig on June 30th. My Wings container, Sabre2 170 & PD Reserve 160 are on order. I called Wings and asked them if I could pay more money to get it earlier and I got this reply: ===================================== Hi, I wish I could help you, but right now I can't. We are trying to get caught up on our delivery, and if I rush anything it will screw it up even more. I'm not going to tell you hell no:) But if you remind me in 2 weeks I can see how things are going with production and then we can see where we stand. Blue skies Ankie ===================================== I am worried that I will not have my gear before the next tunnel camp. It will break my heart if I can't go because of my gear. Well I guess I could go and get the tunnel time but no BIG SKY time. The tunnel camp includes 10 jumps at skydive arizona right? I also need to get my yellow card signed off. I have done everything except one. I also need to get my log book signed off. I didn't know I needed signatures for all my jumps up till 500. Nobody told me that as a student. Maybe I should read the SIM! Anyways. I will give my third unborn child if I can just get my gear in time.

Uh, well that is what I was wondering when I was going through the stack. There are none. There are no still photos of the formation taken with her 35mm camera. All she got was us staging the exit on the outside of the otter. I could capture stills from the video and post them. I don't think they will look very good but something is better than nothing. Sorry if this is written as if it were a stream of conscienceness. I am the one with the yellow Z1 (pictures below). I don't know how to say it. But that was FUCKING AWESOME!!! I was more nervous on my SCR than anything I have every done in my life. Including my first AFF jump. I think I stopped breathing at about 3000 feet. I kept saying to myself, "Please god help me... Don't fuck up the exit. Don't leave early and don't leave late." First thing I would like to say is thank you Tom Jenkins for organizing my SCR. You are awesome. He drug me around that skydive like I was his personal bitch. And I thank you for that. I grab whatever presented itself to me. And I did it. I don't know how that all came together I just remember being in the packing room when someone walked in and asked 4wayXena if she wanted to get in on an SCR. I was over by the wall. 4wayXena said, "Who's SCR is it?" and Rick pointed at ME! I turned around thinking someone was behind me. Then without saying a word to me he just walked out. I about pooped in my pants! First thing I'm thinking is, "Was he pointing at me and what the fuck is an SCR?" To all 16 of you who were on my SCR I will never forget your face. Most of you I didn't even know. I still may not know your name but I will always remember you were on my SCR dive. I would also like to thank "Kat" who took still photos and did the video. I can't stop watching the VIDEO! I took it to work and showed everyone. Most of those that I showed didn't even know I was a skydiver. You should have seen their faces when I crawled out of that there airplane. Almost everyone said, "IS THAT YOU!". That dive was one of the best experiences in my life. Somehow I managed to remember to breath. I was feeling the love man. All of you who stayed and waited for my slow ass to land that parachute and congratulated me behind the beer line. You guys rock! Awesome day! I go out to the drop zone at 9:30 just as one of the otter's is taking off. Had both of them flying today. I was thinking, "Damn! I missed the first load?" I had about 5 people ask me if I was that guy who posted on Drop Zone.com (I have no idea how they knew it was me). Thank You Joe for hooking me up with Gemini. I got 6 4-ways in today. Thank you Rich, Richard, dawn, jason, and Jim. I am so glad I posted on the forum. I was hooked for the whole. I KNOW that would not have happened had I not posted. Skydive Spaceland IS and awesome place to jump. I was in the packing room and someone was gathering names for an SCR dive. I remember thinking, "I wonder what that is? Must be something skygods do." Then someone asked, "Who is it for?" and the guy pointed at me! I about shit! First thing I'm thinking is whatever an SCR is I'm not good enough to be in on it. I just funneled 2 out of 6 4-ways. I have a sneaking suspicion Xena had something to do with that. Of course I immediately began finding instructors and others with a lot of time to ask them what an SCR is. Well now I know. I will be there tomorrow I get my SCR. I am so exicted! This makes me really happy that I posted here and introduced myself. I'm feelin' the love man! Hey Jim, I've seen you around spaceland before. I know I should practice on my belly before charging head first into FF'ing but god it looks like so much fun. Every skydiving video I see is of someone sit flying or flying on their head. I tried sit flying on the last load last week kinda on accident. I was on my back so I decided to just push my legs down and put my arms behind me. BAM! I sat right up. Amazing how much you can learn from watching videos of wind tunnels. Of course that sit lasted about 3 seconds and then I fell on my belly. I need kirsten to teach me those fancy turns that they don't teach you as a student. Oh BTW Kirsten you do know me. I was your first student that graduated the STP program out there. Remember we went and bought beer together for two firsts. Anyways I'm glad I got some responses. I am normally too shy to just go up to people I don't know and ask if they want to jump with me. I'll see you guys out at the DZ this weekend. I will be there bright and early Saturday to catch the first load. As soon as I get my A license I am going to make a trip out to Skydive Houston. I hope you guys don't have barbed wire fences around your property!
