A perfect compilation of BASE jumping, stupid human tricks, and all done with a very smooth edit. 3rd Place – The Free World – by Richard Alexander – probably the best pure BASE compilation entered, filled with spectacular jumps from amazing locations across the globe. 4th Place – When Good Times go Bad – Sam Gouws – also some great BASE footage in a tight edit and filled with lots of that “stuff” we all “hate” to see but compelled to watch. as for accuracy i wont to say those girls from china dominated, im not sure how to reach them

Does anybody know the correct spelling of his name?

First off i want to say Raleigh was super fun to jump with and is missed. But i am looking for the correct spelling of his first name. Is iT Raleigh, Roleigh, one L Or two Ls?

Deadmanwalking and myself tracked down the hillside. both took 26 seconds with room to go more wearing the phoenix tracking pants. Its about a 8 to ten second rock drop, to a super steep rock faced hillside. Looking over the edge you want to pull before you even jump. Gridset has a nice steep hillside but its all trees. Bispen is all rock, its hard to see how high you are. My 26 seconds seemed like 8 seconds. the whole jump is super intenese. Track or die. I thought about pulling a couple of times, but commited and flew the whole way. Wingsuits fly right and go over the road like the pictures above. This cliff is only for the advanced!

I have done a go and throw from 230 a couple of times. however one of them ended me up on a light pole. but that was my falt. F**king pole, it was 4th and gay st how f**ked is that. I know a crew though that will free fall 170 no problem.

Thats crazy you have the same problem. I am using Final Cut Pro 5. I am wondering if its my firewire that dosent send Pal Through it. Have to figure something out. 4 of my tapes are all Pal format.

So im capturing my clips into my computer from a Sony camcorder, using a regular firewire. When the footage switches from ntsc format to pal format i adjust the settings to capture Pal formats however it seems like the pal fomated video will not go through the firewire to my computer. i cant figure it out. is there someting im missing? i have ntsc and pal formats because i firewired stuff over to my tape from other peoples pal formated cameras. ??? Thanks for any help!

first off phoenix track pants are bad ass. not to sure about how much the jacket helps, but it looks cool anyway. but what you should know is that besides filling up with air quickly they also fill up with water just as fast and will drown you. if you are faced with a water landing, undo your bootie hook and un zip your pants, also losten the staps on your arms for the jacket. if not they will fill up and weigh you down and drown you. you cant swim to shore without on doing it. and if you try to do it while you are in the water you will sink fast. just a heads up.
