So i exported my movie in PAL format, then made the DVD portion of it on DVD studio, also in PAL. I went to check it on my dvd player, thinking it wouldnt work because america is on the NTSC Format, but it worked however it was a little choppy. Everything was to beat but when the footage zoomed it seemed not smooth. My question is, why did it work on my player and also is the not smooth thing just a PAL format thing, and will look smooth in Europe or what?

Last time i went to europe i bought a plug adapter for my camera charger. When i got over there it didnt work. Luckly my German friend had an extra one for me. Well i lost that one and i dont want to make the same mistake i made before. Does anybody know the exact name of the type of plug adapter that will work over there?

Calvin im not even sure if i know what a blown pilot chute is, and from the sound of it im not sure i want to find out. Can you elaborate on it is.

I was doing a rapel base, and the built in harness did not pull on me how i wanted it to. So i wore a regular harness underneath, bulky but worked fine. I did the same when we jugged up the King fisher.

Has anyone had problems with the hc3 skipping.

do you find the HC1 to heavy, or is it not that bad to jump with. When you say one skip per two tapes, is that from all the footage one those tapes theres on average one skip.

How high is the joshua tree or the rock he jumped from. is it possible he was looking over the edge and as a base jumper the energy of the rock was pulling at him so hard so he jumped? we all get to exit points and look over the edge to scope out flying paterns but have to back off because we dont have are rigs on yet. the cliff calls for us to send. ???? Fuck!

I was on that beach in south france a little while ago, there is nothing i can think of thats tall enough. And the ladies that walk around topless need to put there shirt back on!

Once again im drunk and walk into my room only to find Base Jumping on T.V., This time it was on Jay Leno. Something about talking about "current", anybody know what this is. They showed footage of a hand mount capturing the jumper and i believe a lady jumper (which we need more of) in the back round. The jump took place off a red rock which gets raped during the turkey boogie. Rock the F on!

this is what i have in my log book, they are not exact. Lm Approx 1100 to impact, 1300-1400 to landing yellow ocean Approx 1000 to impact, 1300-1400 to road. do not have height on others. The nose is probally closer to yellow ocean in height. Be kind to the locals.

Instead of pills i would prefer to jump with a pouch that had some morphine. just in case you half to sit for three hours with your knee and femur sticking out. however it could bring problems, you could take to much or when the authorities arrived they might not know you already took some.

Couldn't sleep, and was watching the early show on NBC. I was working on my computer when i heard Base jumping mentioned on The T.V. The Lady talking said something about cracking down on Base jumping in Moab. They showed some footage of a real popular cliff close to town with a quick hike . Something about it being to dangerous. Also said something about base getting in the way of climbers using the cliffs to. Then went on to say its already illegal in all of the parks...I searched the NBC website and couldn't find anything. Has any one else heard any of this nonsense. WTF
