I was in gymnastics as a kid. Then i was on the diving team in high school. I also worked as a lifeguard for a couple of summers, where i got tons of diving practice in. But this led me into trying a front flip half twist, back flip half twist on a jump. I pulled it off fine but lost my bearings and pulled way late and broke my right leg badly. When Im healed i plan on taking more training on a local 10 m platform. Dwain has a nice 14 page essay on doing aerial maneuvers. Im sure if you do a search on it you will find it.

Ody its good to hear from you. Im slowly walking without a cane now. I havent had much luck bending my Knee, only about 48 degrees. Ive been going to Therapy three times a week. With my time off ive been working on a new base film, its got your last jump before you left for Iraq the first time. Huckin from 600 feet of a thousand footer, pullin a layed out gainer, with your arms crossed rockin as you fall past me. Sick! Looking forward to you getting out of there!

There are a couple of Hostiles in Stavanger. I stayed in one Up hill from where the ferry picks you up. Im not sure exactly what i payed. Norway is kind of expensive.
