Fortunately for me, my punishment is hours away--he just went to work!     In attempting to give his girlfriend a hard time, said girlfriend retaliates by divulging information about his butt-face's mysteriously obtained (definitely not from "said girlfriend"), flaming, pus-oozing, braille-like rash! When asked how he was coping, Bob replied, " It's not so much the itching as the burning." As to the rash's origin, many believe that it is the direct result of kissing the ass of so many packers at the DZ. When asked for comment, the rash only had this to say--"I would simply like to thank Bob for providing such a lush environment for me to flourish." All well-wishers should send Bob ointment, sympathy, and encouragement while he struggles to overcome this ailment and come up with a good come-back... Don't worry honey, the skydiving community will rally around you and together, we will beat this thing! By the way--I'm a geek.     This has nothing to do with anything...or at least I don't think, but my 'puter is whacking out. Clay's picture is now where the minimize/restore/close keys are on the top, right of my navigator frame. It's really freaking me out! Man, what did you do?     I get the sneeking suspicion that there are a lot of enthusiastic skydivers responding to your post, yet very few "pros." *no offense guys!* We are all excited about people getting into our sport, BUT, personally, I think that the best advice is to talk to an instructor @ your local DZ and ask them. That IS what they are there for!! Ask them the same as you have asked us, do your own research (as someone else already mentioned), and leave it to your heart! There is nothing scarier than someone doing what we do for the wrong reasons--wait--even more scary is someone continuing to do what we do for the wrong reasons! It has to mean something to YOU--nobody else! Best Wishes--Kim
