    2 things: 1) The openings will stay the same no matter how you lengthen then line UNLESS the rigger has moved the Cat's eye. 2) If your lines were 12 inches off I'd highly suggest a trim check as it's extremely likely that you need a new lineset. Otherwise, for now, just pull a little higher and play with the canopy for a bit to get a feel for it. It'll fly/flare differently. If anything you should find it easier to land as the wing will have more airspeed instead of landing like you were in quarter brakes.     I remember catching bits and pieces of Ginger Snaps and it looked like it had potential. Otherwise most of the suggestions here are pretty solid, with Event Horizon (IMO) just being downright disturbing with the suggestive images.     Just to be clear, it's my opinion that it's far harder to pilot multiple canopies well than a single canopy well.     You should have crate trained him. I wasn't too sure about it until we tried it with our puppy and she has been nothing short of spectacular. She's not even 7 months and we can leave her out of her crate during the day now with no fear of her pooping/peeing indoors. at 18 months your dog is pretty much no longer a puppy - I'm not sure how hard it'll be to housetrain them now.     I like the idea of one canopy per competition. To me, it adds an additiona strategical element to it. I believe in F1 the tires (type) you qualify for a race on are the ones you have to race on - regardless of how the conditions change. It requires a little planning, etc but I think it's a cool idea.
