We do DSS since as mentioned before it's less mental work for the front peice and if you normally jump DSS I suggest that it's better to stick to it. Who solos? Front piece in our case. and we exit in b slots so that the first run in a slots allows you to gain speed in the jump. ________________________________________ Life is a series of wonderful opportunities brilliantly disguised as impossible situations.

Can't think really of any bad 4-way experiences so far, but the best ones are 1) jumping with my team and learning, learning, learning every time - I jump with people that are way better than me and have more extensive experience in the sport and 2) doing 4-way with Arizona Airspeed in the tunnel and in skydive. Amazing stuff!

Who would you consider to be an experienced (advanced) pilot? What do you think is the difference between intermediate and advance pilot - # of jumps, canopy flying skills (what are they?), canopy size? SkyVentureAZ is one of the best indoor skydiving facilities. Quality of the air is good but may also depend on the outdoor weather conditions. If you want to share tunnel time you'll have to take care of it yourself. Yep, I've got 378 jumps (made another 28 last week-end) and approximately 15 hrs of tunnel time out of which 5 hrs were spent on flying 4way. Then every week-end we do at least 10 coached jumps in a team. Flying in the tunnel with Airspeed guys works miracles. No, seriously, I've been to 3 Airspeed camps and everything you see in the video is the result of their excellent coaching. ________________________________________ Life is a series of wonderful opportunities brilliantly disguised as impossible situations.

Just got back from Airspeed 4way camp. That is my best skydiving experience. I've learnt in those 5 days more than during all my previous jumps. Todd, Andy H, Eric and Gary thank you for sharing your experience and all those little techniques that made us progress. I jumped AFF5 3 times because of the spins before my instructor suggested that I should get a video. I clearly saw that my legs were causing the problem. Definetely get a video! Good luck! You will make it!
