That would be the one. I was too lazy to do a search myself, thanks

Thanks for that, Lisa, I appreciate it. Being a guy I have the typical fragile male ego that is constantly in need of confirmation Seriously, glad you liked it. Truman Sparks for President

Yeah, even though I was more into transformers and smurfs and what not, Mr' Roger's 'Hood was pretty cool when they'd take that trolley to the land of scary puppets Truman Sparks for President

oops, my fingers are too damned big some times. Of course, it would be pretty cool to see a 16' gun. Didn't Germany have some sort of absurdly large piece of artillery back in WWII? Truman Sparks for President

Yes, something is definitely rotten in Denmark. First of all, this tidbit..."Typically the B-2 flies with one crew member, but can carry two" is wrong. The B-2 is primarily a two man plane, with the space for the ocasional third. Second, even this article admits this..."So they shot the plane down -- maybe -- but that was it." Third, I happen to live about thirty minutes away from the only, repeat only, place in the whole freakin' world they admit to calling home for these things, and yes, I've taken the tour. They absolutely do not have 52 B-2's. They don't have the hangar space there. Even if they crammed, and I'm talking crammed here, they could only have about 30, tops. Of course, they don't admit to having even that many. Too many facts that don't work in my book. Awesome pics, and to answer that broadside salvo from a battleship question, yes, it really does move the whole ship over about 20-25 feet. Those 16' shells have been described as "rounds the size of VW bugs that can travel 20+ miles and hit you in the f@&%ing head" by a friend who served on the USS Missouri. Truman Sparks for President

Okay, Lisa, here you go. Hope you like it a little at least

Ok, two things--first, Lisa, sure, if you want to read it then I can post it, and thanks for the encouragement. Second, Michele, I'm fairly positive you are a normal human who must have something bad about her, but damn, you rock. I've not been actively posting for more than a year or so, if that, but I've never seen, or even heard rumors of, negative things coming from you. Thanks for the encouragement, and now I'm gonna hit you right back with it. If you've got anything to submit to any place that publishes things, go for it. What's the worst that could happen? I just read about a guy who submitted a first manusctipt that was rejected 37 times. No changes made, and on 38 it was accepted, printed, and promptly went to #1 bestseller. Who knows? Boy Aggie, you sure know how to make a guy feel sorry for you. Really, you do. I'm telling you, this is pure sympathy you're hearing Truman Sparks for President

It's really not quite that awesome, but thanks
-
aw, you're welcome I'm glad I made your day a little better. To be totally honest, though, I think I had it better. It was really cool to see that many people come up with something 'vibey.' BTW, I'll share this here in your thread cause I get the feeling you just might be able to appreciate a bit more than some might...I'm officially gonna have a published piece of writing! Nothing big, no money (probably) out of the deal, but hey, a poem I wrote will officially be around for a long freakin time, if only in the library of Congress. Truman Sparks for President

One C-182 and...well, I guess that's it. Funny thing, though, I still have fun. Truman Sparks for President -
Ah yes, Erin Grey was quite the little hottie. I feel the need to take a stroll down tv memory lane for me. The perfect saturday used to be watching the A-team, followed by Battlestar Galactica and Buck Rogers, then a healthy dose of Knight Rider followed up with a nice episode of Airwolf. Ah, those were the days.

Hahahaha, that's a good one, and you're right, has nothing to do with France Truman Sparks for President

Hehehe, I did the same thing, QTPi. I used the email, read the articles, but never made it to the forums. Then there was one glorious day when I actually explored a bit deeper and found them. Life just hasn't been the same since. By the way, mhjelset, welcome to the forums! Truman Sparks for President

Either way, it's good times all around! You're gonna love it! I haven't been to WFFC since it's moved to Rantoul, so I'm really looking forward to this year. We can skydive all day and party all night. I'm really looking forward to meeting all the crazy folk who haunt the forums. Truman Sparks for President

Oh, they're out there, and there are several on here. Not me, though, I tend to hang out at the other end of the spectrum with the skydiving supervillains. We all get along though, so you can hang out with us if we can hang out with you Truman Sparks for President

Good point. Once case to be delivered to the dz.com tent, the contents of which will be consumed by dz.com members on a first come first serve basis. How's that sound? Truman Sparks for President

Lucky for you the beer is free there

Did you ever wonder if they used the exact same thing for that light as they did for the ones the cylons had on Battlestar Galactica? Yes, I am a child of the 80's

Ok, now you're back in the gang Truman Sparks for President

Skygal, those are very good ones. I like 'em a lot! Truman Sparks for President

Ahhh!! Blasphemey! What's "night rider?" Knight Rider was classic television, young one. Every one should see at least one episode so that they, too, can converse inteligently about things like turbo boosting. Truman Sparks for President
-
That sounds like fun too. HEHEHE . Hahaha, yep, we've got to hang out some time soon. Truman Sparks for President

Thank you for that kind offer, ladyskydiver. if ever we meet I may take you up on it. One must practice if he wants to stay good at something, after all.
