    Ok, freebird, I almost pm'd this to you but then I figured, no, maybe I'll feel better to spread my opinion to everyone that has the chance to read it. To get right to the point, are you happy in the relationship you are in? From where I sit it seems that way. Is the relationship perfect? I'm yet to see a perfect relationship, BUT I think if a person is happy in the relationship despite whatever imperfections there may be, so be it. On top of all that, if you aren't being hurt then I don't think your relationship is mine or anyone else's business. I dunno, maybe I'm way off base here, but that's what I think. Don't let all the people who barely know you get you down if you can't think of a reason to be down on your own. Truman Sparks for President

    Um, I dunno, let's see. Pr.......................ick Pr...............ick Pr.......ick Pr..ick Prick! Prick Prick! Hey look at that, I can. In all seriousness, what is it we skydivers are always saying? If you don't get it on video it never happened, right? Well, bust out the video. Get shots of your pilot following all his safety regs before the jumpers leave the plane, get it recorded on the ground coming over radio, and have video on the ground every load. Whatever it takes to show that said prick is intentionally endangering people to carry out his vendetta. Mey, it might cost a little cash, but that beats the dz shutting down, right? If you have to, take up a collection from everyone. Hell if you all skip one jump over the weekend that right there ought to give you a decent "video defense" fund. Just my thoughts on the matter.     you beat me to it on that call, kelly. I'd have to say try getting a harness that fits a little better first chance you get. Not sure from what I see how bad that fit is, but either way, that's got to be a pain in the ass. Truman Sparks for President

    I had just got my A and some of the guys were taking me out on my very first 4 way. I drug one guy off the V, one was hanging and the fourth bombed out and chased us down. The launch went fairly smooth, but about the same time we went to turn the second point the sinus infection I didn't know I had showed up and I had snot blowing out all over the freakin' place. I'm talking so bad I couldn't hardly see out the damn goggles. So there I am, trying to turn a point and wipe snot off my googles at the same time. I made it through that point but still couldn't see a thing. I tried the turn and wipe one more time and accidently went low on them. Of course, that time I managed to get all that snot off my goggles, and it promptly went right up all over one of the guys I was jumping with. Oops Truman Sparks for President

    Actually I have little or no animosity towards this holiday, I just thought I'd start a thread for all you single folk out there like me who will be celebrating this year sitting at the bar with your closest beer in your hand. I guess any of you not so single people can gripe about it to.     I generally try to hear all the sides to the story I can if I'm interested. Out of the major three networks, gotta go with abcnews. Then I generally check reuters and ap since I'd prefer my news raw and not interpreted by some jackass. After that it's on to the bbc just to get a little "other opinion" flavor. If all else fails, I just check the current news on the new google news search. They don't miss too much. Truman Sparks for President
