I was referring to the wire fraud charges that started this thread, sorry, should have quoted pp on the question with regards to the 1100 counts of wire fraud. A friend of mine was looking it up for me, he is an attorney and was unable to find anything. Don't mean to confuse things, just want to get this thing verified.

Hopefully someone has more information. Ben and Cary's name were used in a search of the following sources and nothing was found...GAND, US Case-Party Index - Criminal (Nationwide federal courts) and the US DOJ site. FrankTheTank: do you have any other details?

Next year, I highly recommend the summer solstice boogie near Anchorage Alaska...very beautiful. This year it was held June 15...we went a few years back and they dropped a load over Knick Glacier (correct me if I have the spelling wrong). They later picked everyone up in a helicoptor and we skimmed over the glacier and its blue ice..
