I finally did my first tandem jump this past saturday at Skydive City in Z-hills Florida. I have to say that I'm hooked. The whole experience was fantastic. The people are super nice and the jump was great. I did it for myself for my 18th b-day(almost 2 weeks belated), and as long as I've been flying planes it just doesn't compare to this. It was the first time I've ever felt free of everything, and like i was actually flying. My dad had hoped it would scare me away, but I'll be going through the Aff course this winter.
