    Wouldn't happen to have osteoarthritis would you? I know that if I don't keep moving, my knees stiffen up and just ache. Once I get moving again the ache goes away. I've found that I just always have to have a gym membership. Just a thought.     Friends of mine put in an electric one and they love it. I'm building a new house and will be putting in a propane one. The only thing I was told to check out before installing one was the amount of water pressure coming in.     I'd been at work since about 6:00am that day. When the rest of the team came in and told me, I thought that they were joking. I quickly logged onto MSN and watched the buildings go down. It was eerie. My dad, brother and I had just been there a few days before. That really freaked out my mother. Anyway, most of us spent the day going back and forth to the cafeteria watching the events on the big screen. Those of us with family in the NY/NJ area spent a good deal of time trying to contact them.     I did the same exact thing. Although when I actually did go to put the bag into the container I thought something looked odd. Couldn't figure out what it was. Had someone else look at. They thought it was OK. Packed it up and jumped it. Had the twist at the risers. It flew and I landed it. I've been verrry careful ever since.     Have you figured out what triggers the nail biting? Perhaps if you can determine the trigger, you can change the response. I used to chew the sides of my fingers next to the nail. Switched to chewing rubber bands. They were awful. I stopped chewing the rubber bands and my fingers.     I had a cat who did not like men at all. She would actually attack them. She wasn't good with strangers of either sex. But with me she was the most loving and affectionate cat you could ever want. I could do anything with her. She was a traveling kitty and went everywhere with me.     In 8th grade we had a kid who was overweight and very self conscious. His mother and grandmother used to drop him off and pick him up from school.
