Go see a (sports medecine) doctor, don't hesitate ! 3 years ago I fell on my knees and my right knee hurt on the inside (no bruises, no swelling). I didn't trust it and wanted to go see a doctor, but my parents told me to leave it some days because the pain would probably go away. They told me the same thing the next week, and the next-next week ... The pain didn't go away and I finally went to the doctor. Over the last three years I've seen several doctors, sports medicine doctors, surgeons, fysiotherapists ... I took medication ... my knee has been knocked on, pushed on, bended, scanned, echoed, injected in, ... It still hurts Especially when I have to sit on my knees, I try to avoid that. I have to sit on them for packing though, but I put on a knee pad for that: it slightly reduces the pressure. Knees are complicated, and when I could turn back time, I wouldn't have listened to my parents and would have gone to the doctor straight away. Good luck, I hope it's nothing bad and that it will heal just fine !
