Gooday
My partner and I are eloping to New Zealand. One of the things we are planning to do there was tandem skydiving. We have no experience with skydiving.
As there will be only two of us, we are thinking of making the wedding more memorable by incorporating taking the plunge out of a plane.
A friend of mine has made the following interesting comment. I'm wondering how accurate the follwing comment is?
"I have through my many overseas trips discussed with many acqaintances the prospect of getting my pilot's licence to fly ultra lite aircraft equipped with parachutes. Through my research, I have discovered that a very very very large percentage of first time sky divers ended up discharging %$^&* and embarrassed themselves afterward. Btw, this is quite normal and very accepted in the sky diving profession - I just don't reckon that it would be a good thing on your big meaningful day"
