The USA stands alone in trying to justify the lame ass excuses it continuously spouts for justifying its open access to weaponry But I am sure that you have overwhelming evidence to show the massive reduction in death, injury and crime due to the lax gun laws in the USA, right?

    and you make the insinuation (at least) that the second a gavel hits the judges desk, about a deportation, that this person is escorted to the airport and put on a flight. Nothing takes any time right? It should be instantaneous right? Which law was broken if that takes say, 60-90 days to complete? I asked you to spell out the laws that YOU claimed were not being followed.

    Well the system can still be saved.... but the SCOTUS seems to think that this can only be done by the voters.... which means, even if the voters elect a dictatorial fascist party whose platform openly defies the constitution, then I guess that is OK.....? So much for the checks and balances that were built in to keep the seditionists out of office. But hey, they have not ruled on anything yet and frankly, I listening the the arguments live and I did not hear all the doom and gloom that is coming out of the media on the matter. So I am willing to wait on the ruling.... which also may not be a ruling at all. SCOTUS may choose some limp noodle thingy that accomplishes nothing and kicks the can down the road.

    the Seal Team six scenario was suggested and argued in the courts recently as a question to Trumps attorneys. i.e. if the president has immunity then what is to stop him from having Seal Team Six assassinate his opponent? And Trumps attorneys argued that he could only be prosecuted if he was first impeached. not something that should attract ANY attention unless the same security services are going to go after the courts now for asking the questions.....     despite any presidential primary discussions about Trump 'winning', the GOP are simply not gaining any votes from this issue and stand to lose many over abortion and women's rights in November. much the same as trump not gaining any support because he is under indictment. What support he has might be firming up, but only within the MAGA and right wing.... not the population in general. But the Democrats are POS's for the simple fact that they had the chance to codify women's rights and bodily autonomy in their first term, and never even brought it up for discussion. Even if they were not successful, it would have shown everyone where the two parties stand on the issue of women actually being equal in the country. However, i am not surprised that American does not believe women are equal..... good grief, we elected a black man for president rather that having to stomach electing a woman.

    At the same time, Trump is claiming complete and total immunity for presidents for anything they do..... but he will prosecute Joe Biden? Oh wait, of course...
