  1. ONE, (1), single UN official made that claim and you are basing your argument on that, And ignoring the 'good old wikipedia' with 243 references attached to the Wiki article. Amazingly great job at investigative reporting there......got it.
  2. patently false. There are processes and procedures in place and well as legal means to do so when requesting the identities of people involved, and that is still not called 'wiretapping the white house' or whatever other conspiracy theory you might come up with. You apparently have a fairly narrow view of how intelligence works and who has access to information and how they get it. But I expect there are plenty of avenues for all sorts of agencies and people to get access to information that somehow you think is 'protected' or 'illegal'. I do not doubt for a second that Susan Rice requested all kinds of things. I am sure she was advised by staff and attorneys on how to do it. Just like GWB was advised on how to legally torture people and never go to jail for that either.
  3. http://www.cnn.com/2017/03/31/politics/russia-trump-explained/ clear concise links that are proven and documented already, not actually disputed facts here. That and those are called 'evidence'. Is there proof that Russia threw the election? hard to do Is there plenty of evidence that Russia was actively attempting to influence an election through fake news, bots and well planned internet poopy stuff? You bet. overwhelming evidence. Is there evidence that at least some of the Trump campaign people were colluding with the Russians on some of these efforts? Is sure as fuck looks like it, given the proven links above. Hence why the investigation is ongoing and will be ongoing for some time. Will there ever be proof? We do not need proof. We need reasonable evidence to pursue a prosecution through the laws we have in place. And if people get tried for this and/or administrations are impeached, that will not be based on proof, it will be based on evidence. It's called due process. There is no proof that Bill Clinton lied about sex, but sure was a shit ton of evidence.
  4. eventually we will indeed become a welfare state where people are simply being taken care of as citizens for the simple fact that they exist. Not necessarily a bad thing, simply a statement of reality. Most laborious jobs done by machinery and cheap labor in other countries. When that labor becomes replaced as well, then they will have the same issues as we do. We already know the coal jobs are not coming back, and neither are toaster manufacturers or TV repairmen. Mankind has worked hard to eliminate the inefficiencies and deficiencies of mankind since the dawn of mankind. Eventually we will have to decide whether we are just going to take care of our people or let them starve. Guess which one civilized countries will choose? Lucky to know that I won the geographic and racial lottery when i was born
  5. your claim that the rebels are using Sarin gas is simply false and unfounded. The UN came to no specific conclusions and the US and most other countries like France, the UK, and other advanced intelligence gathering govts concluded that it was most likely the Syria govt, supported by the Syrians then giving up their chemical weapons, which now sit in Tennessee. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghouta_chemical_attack
  6. immunity has wide and various implementations and some immunities can be decided by Congress. But first we would have to define that the immunity is going to be. Then decide whether what he has to say is worth that. Hopefully Sessions, Manafort, Trump and Nunes are not the people deciding....

    FIASCO

So what you are saying is that she has health insurance....not sure why then you think she will die soon.... Oh that's right, your view of reality is far different from most....
  8. the fire thing may actually be what the FAA look at if they ever decided to question it. When we put bench seats in the Otter, they wanted us to find 'FAA fired rated foam'.....which does not really really exist, but they settled for furniture foam that meets California fire requirements, the most stringent in the country. I would think spray on liner would be a fucker to get off if you ever decided you need to remove it
  9. "This presidenting stuff is haaarrrd....."
  10. Fiscally conservative can be seen a couple ways. slashing spending is one of them Paying for the shit that you spend is also another way to be fiscally conservative. 'reducing' the deficit' can be done by raising taxes and cutting spending. Then everyone shares in the pain of electing the assholes that spend the money recklessly. I still share all the frustrations with it all, but I am more of the camp that yes, it actually costs money to run the country. big deal. jack up the taxes, deliver the services, show people where their money is actually going, and then we will get real spending reform when people see what things really cost. How about a monthly tax bill showing line items of where the dollars go. We would see real change.
  11. Sure, I always appreciate the reply from nameless people who might be skydivers, might be human, might be robots, might be nothing, might be a USPA member, might not be a USPA a member, might be a whatever, might not be. I must have missed all the previous posts where you were ranting and railing about the impending USPA data breaches on their existing systems. There's not enough data on Sigma for you to even give a rats ass about.
  12. Other than the meetings with Russians, Flynn, Sessions, and a dossier from an ex-British agent-dude, you are right...no evidence at all.....
  13. There is no harm in signing up. They have sworn they are not doing anything with your information, and if USPA decides to use it as the 'credentials tool' then you may have no choice. Skydive City joined as an 'organization' (anyone or any DZ can - but have to be approved by them) and we created some badges for Night and High Altitude jumps. I sent out those badges to the folks that did the High Altitude jump and Night jump this past weekend. A novelty at best right now I am still having trouble defining what the real value is for stuff like that, some marketing value I suppose - I can promote those badges on social media, as can the people that receive them. I generally believe that any product or service should be able to explain to you in a sentence or two what their value is in the service they offer. Still fuzzy on this with Sigma. Good service from them and I will continue to fiddle with it, see if it anything worth doing or continuing.
  14. Ron it's Ok with you because of EXACTLY what jacalor said: "You would think that the Trump fans here wouldn't be able to lower their ethical standards fast enough to keep up with Trump, but surprisingly they manage." way to go Christianity..... not
  15. None of it matters, because they are impenetrable... and as you must realize, they have majority rule on all branches of the govt right now. So they are free to continue the bullshit, we are free to continue to point it out, and they will still be in charge. And the majority of their followers still believe most of what they say, true or false. The only way this changes is if the REPUBLICANS decide that they falsehoods and corruption is enough and they cannot take it anymore. Good luck with that. Here's the good news...I have dual citizenship. 'You' are mostly fucked
  16. depends on whether they gave you the right goggles that fit over glasses. I wear them all the time. If they gave you regular goggles because they are too lazy or too cheap to find you the right pair, then that is on them as bad customer service. I see it occasionally, but there are proper goggles that fit over glasses and you should settle for nothing less and demand it, especially for the $ you are paying.
  17. Marion Jones did, but Lance Armstrong did not. just a couple examples. Do I think that politicians should be a higher standard? Of course they should. Lying about meeting Russians with little if any evidence of some treasonous act? Probably not. Fired yes, dismissed yes. Impeached, yes. Jail time? Too good to be true
  18. Even if Clinton was absolutely tried and convicted of outright lying with a video of him and Monica surfacing....I doubt that the offense of that lie is equal to jail time. And even in Sessions case, these are not treasonous charges, unless of course treasonous activities can be proven beyond a doubt. Resignation? Absolutely. Jail time for lying? It is the American way after-all - it is in the Constitution. All you have to be able to say is "This is what I believe to be true" even if it is not. It's called free speech.
  19. Asked for by the Democrats. Which is meaningless. I will see if Trump actually sacks him, but I doubt it. The Russian connection is CENTRAL to the Trump plan and there is no other way that they can corner all the wealth in the world for his friends and oligarchs without that connection.
  20. I love the post headline, as if that has anything to do with who this person is.... Perhaps you could have used a title "Walmart shopper fired for ....." "Liberty Advisor Group person fired for...." is actually the correct headline. That is who he actually worked for. That is actually what he did you people.... I mean really.
  21. awesomeness and respect.
  22. I just pay it forward. I pay for the cookies and then tell them to give the cookies to the next person that walks by that looks like they could use some cookies. because my fat ass sure does not need them
  23. http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?do=post_view_flat;post=2090464;page=1;mh=-1;;sb=post_latest_reply;so=ASC thread I started 11 years ago, still relevant discussion. not much has changed
  24. And US SOCOM sent me an email at that time basically asking "who is this guy?" and summarily dismissing your concerns as rubbish. I am so relieved that you consider your actions as patriotic. I considered mine to be patriotic as well. SOCOM is still under contract with Skydive City, we are still DOD approved, just in case you are keeping a scorecard regarding the value of your patriotism.
