hmm, I do not have to be a lawyer to understand the rather simple concepts..... Are you having trouble understanding them? If you are, there is not much I can do about it. Maybe you should consult a lawyer.....

More Green failure, corruption, and tax payer waste.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Energy_in_Germany Germany one example, CO2 emissions down 10%. % of energy from renewables = 11% Yep, I guess that is a 'hoax' alright. Hoax #2 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Energy_in_the_United_States CO2 emissions down 7%, renewable energy up as well, as well as jobs in renewable energy and coal production down by less that renewable energy is up. I guess you must be against the creation of jobs and economic growth or something like that? Oh, of course, I was making the silly assumption that you could be rational for a moment http://fortune.com/2015/01/16/solar-jobs-report-2014/ SolarCity still in business and still hiring -
In the linked article: "“I was told that the Attorney General’s office agreed to give it to the Harris County District Attorney’s office on the condition that they not give it to Planned Parenthood. Mitchell told me that she would try to obtain the footage by other means,” Schaffer said." that does not make it 'illegal' evidence is shared all the time - it is called 'discovery'. A judge's gag order would make it illegal, and even then, only contempt, but there is no gag order in place. calling bullshit. Only the author of the article and the accused are calling this 'illegal', and of course they are. They will say just about anything if they are being charged with a felony.

they probably will not sue you just yet. You will initial requests for information, usually introducing themselves and the purpose for their inquiry in a letter, i.e. my client got injured. They then ask about the limits of your liability insurance policy (at least every one we have ever gotten). Which is easy. we do not have liability insurance. And that is almost always where it stops. Depends of course on state laws as well. Seldom does anyone ever just get 'sued' without an initial discovery of who to sue.

it is so obvious that he is not a 'real' christian. I think we should ban all Christians until we know what we are really dealing with here......

your post is so full of inaccuracies and assumptions, it is quite difficult to know exactly where to begin. I will just stop now - it would obviously be like arguing with Ron who thinks the world is 6000 years old. immeasurable and undefinable undefinable Actually completely draconian in a country where the Supreme Court has already ruled Constitutionally that we pretty much have choices over our bodies. Except for example, Vaccines a public health issue - what you are advocating is not a health issue - it is an economic and education issue. go fuck yourself. tired of people telling me to go somewhere else - you go somewhere else. Go to China or N Korea if you think this should be public policy. I live here and have every right to be here. I CHOOSE to be here and I will stay and fight ridiculous ideas like yours. immeasurable and undefinable every goal should be 1. definable 2. attainable 3. measurable your ideas are neither of these 3

yes, there are many in fact. the issues you raise are all seemingly valid, even if stats likely do not support all of them. we are overpopulated in the world in general, but jumping to the conclusion that forced sterilization as the probable cure when so many dozens of other things are already proven to be effective is like jumping to the conclusion that god made everything just because we have not explained everything in the universe yet.

Tandem passengers made to pay to pull the ripcord
tkhayes replied to douwanto's topic in Tandem Skydiving
"Priority boarding" extra $25. "What is priority boarding?" When your turn comes sir, you will be the first one on the plane" "Cool, I'm in - here's my $25" It's called capitalism -
And I bet you and the majority of other Americans vote them back in.

Using Strong DH tandem rig over 18 years old?
tkhayes replied to DiverStump's topic in Tandem Skydiving
if you are using 18 year old rigs, then the problem lies with your business model, not having the ability to replace your equipment within a reasonable period of time. Stand in court defending your use of an 18 year-old piece of skydiving equipment.....good luck with that. -
No dropzone is going to want to have a separate waiver for every person that comes in contact with their students. However, if you have an LLC or Inc., then there is no harm is specifically naming your LLC in the dropzone waiver, and that is reasonable other than printing costs. We go out of our way to name every corporation manufacturer, aircraft operator etc in our waiver just in case. This came out of the SunPath lawsuit many years ago where part of the defense was tossed out since SunPath was not specifically named in the DZ waiver but was generally named under 'manufacturers of equipment'. The court thought that was not specific enough. So now we list all that we can think of, and we print waivers in smaller batches making it easier to make changes as new people and companies come on boar.d sample attached.

Vegas Settings in Windows for smallest file sizes?
tkhayes replied to tkhayes's topic in Photography and Video
Trying to get our tandem videos out to Mpeg or similar format. One videographer is producing on his Mac with Movie App, and regularly pumps out Mpegs, 720p, with less than 500Mb file size. Works great. Sony Vegas, 2 video guys cranking out videos, but basically the same video comes out to over 1Gb. Basically we want 720p at 30fps what are the best camera settings and what are the best editing settings to reduce file size? -
There are several orders of magnitude between WMDs in Iraq starting the war and the affordable healthcare act For example, the hundreds of thousands of dead Iraqi civilians, 4000 dead American soldiers, and what will probably add up to close to $10 trillion in debt The other is just bad policy, the former is called a war crime

I'd like to see a real source of information instead of one that simply copies/pastes from site to site the same drivel, word for word. this is not news at all - more like "I heard someone say....."

Help me understand why you need to microanalyze what I said to make it into somthing else.....

If American society was not wound so fucking tight about nudity and sex in general, then porn would actually be no big deal, just like videos of people doing stupid human tricks does not necessarily see an increase in stupid human tricks. Sex is pretty natural. Conservation Christians in particular have put the taboo on it for centuries - making it the forbidden fruit that everyone seeks instead. How about we teach real sex education and sensible things in schools from the time girls start getting into puberty and explain the difference between sex, love, porn etc. Oh wait - that would be common sense, and we will have none of that in the 'greatest country in the world'.

It's in the Bible therefore it must be so. Except for the part in the Constitution that says we do not base any laws on the Bible.... And since the country runs on laws, not religion, any reference to the Bible to further your argument is more of the usual rubbish that we see from Christians pretending they are righteous. You quote the Bible, I will quote the Supreme Court which guaranteed the right for women to have an abortion if they want. Any attempt to stand in the way of that right is unconstitutional, other than perhaps attempts to change the Constitution. And there is a process for that, yet lawmakers are not even trying to go that way......we are simply taking away Constitutionally guaranteed rights. Maybe we should try to take away your constitutional right to practice your religion? How about wider hallways for churches? You have to wait 48 hours before you can pray. Your pastor must read verses from other religions to you as an alternative before you are allowed to practice your religion. I will show you bloody photos of people killed by Christians before you can pray. But remember, you would still have your rights - there is no way this could be interpreted as a violation or infringement on your rights..... yea, right.

It takes religion to define the most basic human function of sex and call it 'sin' Reason number 1279 why I left that bullshit so long ago

It is in fact mandatory for the continuation of the species. And it is perfectly natural whether attempting to conceive or not. The clitoris is the only organ that serves no purpose but pleasure. Lots of species fuck and for a lot of reasons. normal, natural, and humans are the only species to attach any level of morality to having sex, which made no sense to me since I was a kid..... Why would your 'god' create a clitoris if she was not meant to get her rocks off with it? And no man has ever really turned it down, even the morality group..... your statement is pretty silly at best.

there is zero value for a tandem to have a wingsuit fly by them at any distance. There is only ego value to the wingsuiter and possibly the TI to have a wingsuit fly by a tandem. Tandem passengers are paying for a thrill, and a safe one and have the expectation that you will operate safely and without undue risk. Jumping out of an airplane, freefalling and landing is pretty much that thrill. They did not sign up for amateur or professional stunts, nor should they be exposed to that. The sport is dangerous enough already, and recent wingsuit collision demonstrates that it can happen to anyone, despite the level of competency, planning or skill. It's like a commercial airline flying formation with an F-18 or doing a barrel roll to 'excite' the passengers. It is simply not necessary and the risk, however small, is in fact there, and if the accident happens, then retroactively there is no excuse for allowing it to happen in the first place. The tandem/TI could be injured/killed, the wingsuiter could be injured/killed, and the dropzone, the pilot (maybe), and the industry as a whole would be paying the price for that stupidity. Pretend you are in a court room defending that wingsuit/tandem collision and trying to explain how you thought it was a rational and safe thing to do.

agree with most of it. The GOP just like the DNC gets to choose their leader whatever way they want. They are divided on both sides, but nothing matches the vitriolic nature of the GOP divisions for sure. But I doubt that any party is 'screwed'. The country is very divided and there are plenty of people that will vote for Trump for the simple fact that they hate Hillary, the DNC, Bernie, whomever and cannot stand the other side winning. same for both sides really. I still predict a +/- 2-3% margin for a presidential victory.....there are no landslides these days. As much as one side hopes for a sweep, I do not see it happening - there is so much divided hatred in the country right now and no candidate or party to unite it.

it aligns with the abortion debate. First it is legalized by the Supreme Court, then the states do everything they can to block it using TRAP laws. As John Oliver said, abortion is becoming only 'theoretically legal but practically inaccessible' due to these laws. This type of anti-gay religious law is and WILL REMAIN a tool by the states, for decades to come to restrict something that the Supreme Court of the country has OK'd and therefore made Constitutional. If you people think this law will not pass, or this law is dead in committee, well there will be another 1000 laws behind it, all across the country, as the religious idiots that want to run this country get their way and continue to pass and attempt to pass legislation that accomplishes their narrow-minded fucking idiotic doctrine. beware folks, this is the country we live in and these are the bigots and haters we elected. And folks like Donald Trump are part of what comes out of this hatred. This is only the tip of the iceberg and will continue as long as we continue to put extremists in power, thinking somehow we are supporting an 'ideology'.
