    i've also heard this and i disagree with the new laws for a couple reasons: 1)on the surface they seem to limit free speech and, although i'm no lawyer, seem Unconsititutional. 2)the new laws would give Phelps a new platform to sue, getting his organization more media coverage and a sense of legitimacy. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Although I completely disagree with any message Fred Phelps is trying to send, he is entitled to picket, protest and spread his shitty hate-filled message. Free speech works for everyone, even those ignorant a-holes you disagree with.
