Yeah, 35's a little cooler than 55. Looks like it's going to be another chilly night . Call me crazy, but I find cold to be refreshing, especially since it was 90 a few days ago. The sensation I felt opening my door this morning to a nice chilly day was almost orgasmic

I'd read here that Steak & Shake was pretty tasty (from Icon, I think). I noticed one on my way home from the DZ so I stopped to eat. I had their bacon-cheddar burger with chili & fries, and a double chocolate fudge shake. Very tasty food, but I'd advise going elsewhere if you're in a hurry.

I worked at the Home Depot christmas tree lot one year. Pay was pretty good, but people get pretty psycho over their trees. Almost saw a couple fistfights over 'the perfect tree' .

I'll agree with you there on both counts. Great people, but again, some things fly better in other countries. A somewhat difficult idea to express without seeming racist. Rereading what I wrote, it seems pretty ignorant, which is not what I intended. And yes, I've had some pretty obnoxious white neighbors too.

There's definitely a peaceful solution, tho don't ask me what it is. Cops at their door should at least scare them, maybe see if they'll issue a nice big fine for disturbing the peace (as she said, the lease specifically states tennants are responsible for their guests).

I wouldn't worry too much about the cable. I subscribe (and pay for) cable internet, and I get standard tv service without subscribing. Both services started at the same time. I don't regard my tv service as illegal, as I haven't done anything illegal to acquire the signal. I plugged my tv into the wall and it worked.

I'll be cleaning and packing tonight and Saturday. Both for a trip I'm taking to Portland/So Cal in a week, and for moving into a different apartment. Bigger with hopefully fewer rodents in the walls. Sunday I'll be jumping .

Sounds like a cool weekend and a plan. Of other DZ's I've visited, it mattered more that I was current than A-licensed (still putting that off). Elsinore made me pay for a coached jump, so I got a few things signed off. I didn't really want to pay $100 for a jump, but a friend was doing a tandem and I wanted to make the load. ETA- So your plans don't include posting more pictures of your schlong?
