    It's always a good idea to also pack with in your limits.It's not uncommon for me to do a parachute to make a 9min or 10 min. call.Of course,I been packing squares for a very long time now and professionally for almost 2 years.Glad you did everything right and got rid of it.Oh,by the way,it takes me 15-20 minutes to pack my little 97.I'm my own worst critic when it comes to packing my parachute!

    Humm,for a sensitive guy?Sometimes never!(lol)Secure is too objective.Who is secure about anything?Trust might be a better word?I'm pretty much comfortable only around my skydiver lady and male friends.Most if not all the ladies already know that given the slightest chance I will be"Pervy" with them.Hey,I'm bringing the grape jelly,chocolate and butterscotch sauce to our adult slumber party sat. night!(lol)rabbit:)

    Point Taken.Sometimes I might be a little rough when I shouldn't be?I apologize.We have all done dumb ass things,I'm certainly no exception to that.My last hook turn hurt!(bruised Kidney)That's why it was my last "Hook Turn!"Plus the DZO reamed me a new one cause he saw me do it!Living and leaning for ours and others mistakes is part of our on going education.rabbit

    Not true!My little swptwing jedei97 opens like a dream every time.I have not jumped the samurai or the katana yet,but hear great things about both canopies.Have also heard great things about the pilot.Brian is a no nonsense kind of guy and would give you the straight poop on his canopies.Be safe

    Your still responsible for where you are when you decide to get out of the airplane.If you don't like what you see,"Don't Exit"!Or break off high an "Track" and let everybody see you and do it safely!As far as Canopy Control goes,letting yourself not being able to finish our final turn is your own damn dumb ass fault.Getting better soon and learn for your mistake!

    Oh My,my friends at STP keep coming with cool things to do after jumping!This coming weekend is the First "Chicks" boogie,titled "Boogie in the Box"by some of our silliest females at Skydive the Point,West Point Va.Helicopter jumps and what ever else floats your boat with probably be happening.Really looking forward to taking some pics of the outfits everybody wears or don't wear!Oh,Buy the way,Stop getting "Naked" and climbing the beacon!You assholes are gonna kill it for is all if your not more careful!That is all,rabbit

    I've been skydiving for 30 yrs without an AAD.Guess if my home DZ started requiring me to have 1,I probably would get 1?Or retire!

    I have to say no to this 1!My home DZ is the only dz in the area that "Doesn't" reguire a person to have an AAD.For that reason and that reason alone I do not jump at any other DZ's.

    What he said.It's nice to have guidelines.The facts are,if you follow the flight pattern and are a conservative,cautious canopy pilot you will survive 99 times out of a 100.Or is it more like 999 out of 1000?You just need to be aware that anything can and could happen on any giving day or jump!

    Oh my god!Checked my e-mail this morning and my new friend(She actually skydives)made tears come out of my eyes.Oh Crap,What am I gonna do?I thought my ex GF was the sexiest bitch in the world.Not anymore!Think I'm gonna just have to go with the flow with this 1?She is everything a man could ever dream of or want in a woman.Sure she is destined to,If nothing else,be my best female friend ever!WoW,did I get lucky or what?
