Does anyone know the results of the lawsuit?

I have canon now and do not want to waste money on another camera, unless Optura radically is not acceptable for FF. Unlike new HDV canon model Optura 600 has digital stabilizer and I do not see any reason against it. My question was - who can share the experience of using this particular model (negative or positive)? I do not need advice on buying PC1000. I wished to buy sony 1000, but there were no 1000 in my country then and now.

Did anyone tried Optura 600 for skydiving? It looks good, smaller then PC1000 and has digital picture stabilizer (not like new HDV Canon).
