The answer to your question is well mated to the answer to why a treaty that would eliminate all nukes would be a disaster for the world. i believe my point is quite valid actually In Americas desire to do the right thing and stop communism (vietnam), to liberate people from tyranical governments (iraq) and (in my view) in it's desire to stop undesirables getting nuclear weapons (Iran) not once has America used nuclear weapons, they've used conventional weapons... so, America has proved it doesn't need nuclear weapons to do what it wants. the cold war has finished, so America doesn't have to fear the Soviet Union anymore. America i doubt would actually ever use a nuclear weapon against another country ever again... it has too much to lose, so, why does America still need nuclear weapons?

America is the only country to have used nuclear weapons on another country...not once, but twice and you justify using them by saying you were at war with the other country and wanted to "save more lives" by bringing the war to and end quicker When you inavde Iran, what if Iran uses them against America to "stop anymore deaths on their part" like you said about why it was ok to drop TWO nuclear bombs on Japan ? America's military seems good at invading countries and getting rid of their leaders and changing ragimes.... so, as long as America keeps doing this and stops any potential threats from getting any nuclear weapons themselves, you can give yours up as you are not going to use them, correct?

Well I am unsure of your nationality but it is quite possible that without the use of nuclear weapons in WWII that you may not have ever been born and that your country may have been defeated and all it's people enslaved, and the counry's resources plundered. On the other hand if that doesn't bother you then give up all you have and remove yourself from the gene pool. I am probably more well versed in the area of nuclear weapons than the average person and I find them both abhorrent and neccessary. i'm English the war in Europe was over by the time America dropped the bombs on Japan, so i'd still have been born talking English, thanks i'm pretty sure America used the bombs on Japan because they feared horrendous loss of life on both sides if they had to have mounted a full invasion of mainland Japan. So to save human life they used 2 nuclear bombs to "convince" Japan to surrender. When you invade iran (as you surely will, it's just a matter of time) will Iran be justified in Bombing the fuck out of Mainland America with their nuclear weapons to "save lifes" just like you did with Japan?

Firstly, not our call if were there or not...trust me, I'd rather be in balad then at home playing golf and being with my wife....right...although I do enjoy flying, don't get me wrong. Secondly, this isn't moaning about how someone treats us, it's a discussion about the immoral practices of others, regardless of where it takes place, when it takes place, who does it against who, etc. didn't george "dubya" announce America was AT WAR with terror? forgive me if i'm worng... but aren't you now moaning that the people you're at war with are not playing by the rules and treating people (dead people) as you'd like? why do they have to comply with how you think they should? its war, not a stroll in the park.... they can act how ever they like during war, if you dont like that, dont declare yourself at war with them
