Calmly walk into a hospital and detonate a bomb, knowing full well they're killing women, children and medical personnel...no soldiers? Walk into a school room, drag 5 or so teachers out in the street and execute them? Slice children's heads off with machetes because they cooperated with the "infadels"? Take countless civilian hostages, slicing heads off of many of them...boobytrapping several of the bodies in the process? (mind you these are aid workers related 0% to the military). infact..... i'm just about to finish my 10 consolidation jumps, and i've done nothing on all of them but admire the view... no tracking, no turns, no somersaults why not? it's my money, i'll do what i want now i'm on my own there's no rush to do stuff anymore

i did my AFF last year, and failed a level 6 jump for doing nothing but admiring the view on the way down... my instructor came infront of me to try and get to to do some work, but it was too late as i was at 7,000 feet... just stuck my tongue out at him and pulled at 4,500 he wasn't too happy, but as i said... i'll just pay for another level 6 jump

whats it like for you jumpers who jump from dropzones that are in deserts? don't you get bored looking down and just seeing brown dirt for miles and miles? thats the beauty of jumping in England, you have lushous green land to look down at, full of GREEN fields, trees, rivers... do you find it boring looking at scorched brown earth all the time? don't you long for a nice view when you look down?

I can't understand why any of the countries involved in their war on terror hasn't gone into NI many years ago and tried to sort out it's problems could it be due to NIi not having any oil? or of NI being of no significance in the middle east? surely not ! reminds me of a story i heard many years ago..... i used to know a chap who was in the parachute regiment, he was in a bar and got talking to a USAF pilot, he asked him about his medals, the USAF guy was proudly telling the para how he got his medals when he came to one the para didn't recognise, he asked what it was for and the USAF chap said it was for flying OVER Northern Ireland he followed it up with "it's a war zone down there" he got a medal for flying his plane over Northern Ireland what a hero !
