Actually there is a brand new law in place to protect renters in just this position. Anyone who finds themselves facing this situation should contact a lawyer or their local legal aid program (many of which have foreclosure programs in place).

My boys (2 dogs) believe if they stare at me long enough they can will me to do anything they want...they are usually right! Who could say no to these faces?

The Everglades, the beaches, the wildlife (apart from the bugs and mozzies), the Springs in North Central Florida, the old time Florida theme parks and flip flops!

It is just about 10pm now and it is 86 degrees with 76% humidity and a heat index of 98. Earlier today though it was 98 with a heat index well over 100.

I am!! But, now I'm heading out to work! Enjoy your coffee!!
