Howzit Iiro, I jump it quite often (this coming weekend hopefully). Locally known as the "Knobicle" because of the little knob we exit from. A couple more nice E's in the area but this is one of my favourites. Later, G (we met at Kjerag in 2000 - I think you tested the bouncing capabilities of a camera?) Thanks airtwardo, I figured that you would be the one who would know of another instance! You are right, the Pitss is a tight fit and apparently needs a lot of speed to get up and over in the loop (like 160 kts!) When and where did you do the Steerman? We have one here whose owner would be easier to convince if I could show him that it has been done before... Here is another pic, this time air to air from a Yak flying alongside. Later, G

Hi all, A couple of friends did about six of these last weekend (see attached). The Pitts Specials performed a loop in formation, they let go at the top of the loop (about 2500 ft) and I had to watch from the ground... I know the inverted jumps have been done before but has it been done with two planes in formation??? Any info would be appreciated! G

So back to your original question... As of last night I am the lucky owner of a shiny new Gargoyle and Troll 265 MDV. I spent most of the night going over every line, cascade, crossport, valve and everything else you could think of and all I can say is that it is top class workmanship all the way. Will hopefully be jumping it tomorrow and will be able to add more comments then. (shit-eating grin) G "Thou shall not take thine altitude for granted for the earth shall rise up and smite thee."

I have been lucky enough to do two eclipse jumps, one in 1999 at Empuriabrava (about 88% I think) and the other in December last year in the north of South Africa (Birdman!) Make it happen - incredible visuals! "Thou shall not take thine altitude for granted for the earth shall rise up and smite thee."

"Has any one here had the chance of recieving coaching from BaByLoN ? " Yes Very cool guys and the best flyers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Have jumped with most of them at one stage or another at boogies and of course Empuria. Training starts with a briefing on the ground with a video debrief after the jump. Depending on how you are doing they might tell you to do a couple of jumps on your own to work on this or that. That way you get the most value out of the expensive coach jumps. My humble opinion - worth every cent. (the training I mean

Hi His name is Sasha, and he is a good friend of mine (we got our birdman suits together). He actually lives and works in Gabarone, Botswana but does 99% of his jumping here. Today was his first day back at work and we have been exchanging emails - sounds like he had fun at the boogie
