Hi @ all, just returned from Dubai. Sadly I didn´t jump at all, during thge week the plane was not there but in Abu Dhabi for maintenance and on the weekends I had some other things to do. Sorry, but I can´t tell you more about the DZ. Only thing I can tell you is that they do jumps on the weekends (normally also during the weeks) and you can hire gear from the DZ. The DZ is located in the next emirate, 70 km from Dubai city. One more reason for me not to jump wre the extreme temperatures, around 40° celsius, so I stayed at the beach and the pool.

Hmm, seems nobody was there in 2006 till now.... ok, then I´ll be the first to write... Think I´ll take my gear with me, no suit, just container, alti, goggles and soft hat.... should be possible to jump shorts and shirt.... does anybody have a telephone number of the dropzone???

Hi Skysmurf, when will you go to Dubai?? I´ll go there on 15.Oct and also thought about having one or more jumps there (well, if it´s nice there I should have at least 10-20)... ;-) Did you find out anything about the dropzone??? Seems the last posts are from 2005...

First I want to say Hi @ all because I´m new to this part of the www. and especially to this forum. Does anybody know how long it lasts to get a customized Odyssey at the moment? They say 10 weeks on their Homepage, now I read in old posts from 2004 it would be up to 21 weeks. Thanks for any reply, and greetings from Germany
