So true. A dry spell for me and my man is 2-3 days. Being busy & tired is one thing, but I just get cranky when I don't get it. I don't see my attitude changing about this either.

Years ago, I was with a guy that messed around on me. I didn't know, but a very good friend of mine (Phil), found out. Phil talked to my then boyfriend and said, either you tell her, or I will. Granted it wasn't Phil's business, but at the same time, he was / is my friend and didn't want my ex "getting away with that" - even though he was friends with my ex too (he was friends with me first). Though it caused a lot of hurt and it did cause some ripples in my friendship with Phil when the shit hit the fan, I am honestly glad he stepped in. Phil and my ex managed to be friends again over some time. I may have never found out if I hadnt been told by an outside party. I still consider Phil a good and honest friend that really cares for me. As for the boyfriend, I have since upgraded.

I love Halloween too! We had a kick ass party at the DZ last year and some awesome costumes. This year we'll have another one on November 1 and I can't wait!!

At my DZ, 4 people, including myself, have bought brand new Wings in the last 2 months. We are all happy with our containers, but all of them are sized a little small. We all gave specs of the canopies we wanted to put into our new containers, and it was still a very tight fit. I have 3 jumps on my new container, and packing it has been a nightmare. However, it seems that for the others who have had theirs for 20-60 jumps, the packing gets a bit easier once the material breaks in.

Exactly!!!! Note to WrongWay - If a girl gets bored with you just because you showed / told her you care about her - then you should realize that is not someone you should care about! One of the things that I fell in love with about my man, is he made sure I knew how important I was to him from the very beginning. Be true and honest with your feelings, perspectives, and expectations (if there any). And do not push for something that isn't going to happen. Sometimes, you need to know when to walk away.

I agree with you. I was previously in a 6-year relationship, but it never reached the intensity and bliss of the 16 month relationship I'm currently in. I feel like I've loved him all my life, and will love him for the rest of it.
