  1. I work everyday with patients who have gone through your experiences. Sleeping on a hard floor is a wives' tale. Only do this if it truly makes you feel better. Otherwise heat and stretching can do wonders. When your pain is better strengthening those muscles that have been strained is also a good idea. Especially if you strengthen to promote good posture and to solid control during movement. A chiropractor will definately help realign any changes in your spine but also ask him/her to give you a home exercise program to promote strength and rehabilitation.
  2. Those physical therapists are so knowledgable Maybe this means I should convince more of my own patients to pick up this sport!!
  3. Maybe that's what they do in the south but I have known some pretty hot northern chicks that can drop some ass! (myself NOT included!)

  5. I'll admit that I was nervous enough that I was farting in the car the whole way to the dz! Good thing I was by myself...

  7. Hello all! Just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I started jumping on a static line progression and am now up to jump 17. It has been going very very well, and only got better once I figured out how to stop my turns!!
