A wonderful site for skydiving would be the tower of the former OMEGA transmitter at Paynesville, Liberia. According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Omega_transmitter_Paynesville this tower is still standing and there seems to be no access restriction! This would it make an ideal site for skydivers!
