I jumped at Umm Al Quwain Aeroclub north of Dubai back in October. There is a link on this website to their webpage. It was a pretty much in the middle of nowhere, 120Dhs cab ride to get there, but one of the jumpers gave me a ride home at the end of the day. You have to pay for a one day "membership" in addition to the jump tickets, but it was not expensive. I think jump tickets were 90Dhs, about $25 US, to 10 or 11 thousand feet on an Airvan. Remember Friday and Saturday are the weekend days.
