    It could also be used to find out what Staff Members are looking for other regional based employment by responding to the Ad. Or, a Staff Member looking for greener pastures(sarcasm) to potentially start their own DZ and want to see what Talent is interested in their general area of opening a DZ? I think this conversation could be very Open-Ended, but I wanted to throw in my devil's advocate side. It is my experience, that there is usually a huge lack of communication in the Skydiving World.     Setting up my Flat Top Pro Narrow the Wide Plate from Bonehead. I am aware of the added snag area with the plate overhang on the sides. Looking for pictures or alterations others have made with this type of setup? TopPlate will have a Canon DSLR with Goldmember and CX100 on QuickShoe Release.     I experienced this a few days ago recently with Slow Page Loads or no page loads. The Dropzone.com header loads, and in the page load area, the url of "trvlnet.adbureau.net" shows waiting and the page will sometimes load and sometimes not. I experience this in all sections of the website. I experienced mid-week last week, and now today (3/16/11, 6pm CST). It seems the Advertising Banner in the header is timing out and causing the rest of the page to not load. Please address.     We just relocated to Kansas City, MO and looking to see what's up with the local DZ's? I know its winter and the weather changes alot, but seeing who is open on weekends and who waits until a certain date in spring to open? Also, types of planes and skydives, events, driving distance from ZONA ROSA area, etc. We are both experienced/instructors and just trying to get a feel of what to check out when nice weather hits!     I agree with both Tom Noonan and Lisa on this. I am wondering, are you also on the list for disagreeing with the Mirage Ad? BSM is doing a great job and filling a void that was left when Skydiving Mag went away. There publication, Blog, and Facebook show the often forgotten lighter side of the sport of skydiving. Also, the Expo in Deland last year was great and IMO will only be getting better! If PD also "sponsors" this Event, I would like to offer to buy all the PD jumpers' equipment who will no longer support PD!     Have a rigger check the line trims and do what Dave mentioned also. If the brake lines are too tight, that will cause the buffet when pulling the front risers while holding onto the toggles.     We jump Icarus 330's and Precision 365's...they open and fly great..it seems the Icarus snivel a little longer, but fly very similar. We have the main toggle connected to the outer two brake lines and the flare toggles hooked to the inner brake lines. We get great openings and landings, so I highly recommend them!
