Either fry some steaks or grill some fish, with salad and veg - you should be able to do that in 1hr.

I have jumped with minor colds before - no worries. I made the mistake of jumping after sinusitus and that HURT! I could not hear properly for 2 weeks. Horrid n nasty. If you have slight sinus congestion, don't jump! A hop and pop may be ok, but lets face it, if you have a bad cold you don't feel up for much anyway.

I went on a four day first aid course a couple of years ago. This exact question was asked. The paramedics reply was . . . 'If an AED is not used correctly it could kill the person, so first aiders are better to use CPR'!
