Visitation Rights Revoked for Agnostic Father

Gotta be more to the story than just that. The clip posted only shows one sentence of what I am SURE is a very lenghty ruling. Having been through a custody battle myself, Iguarentee you the rulling was NOT just one sentence long. I will say this....if the predominant reason given in the ruling IS due to religious differences, the judge needs to be removed. Period. Unfortunately, we will probablynever know the entire truth, and the kids get screwed by a court system that failed them. Believe this or, not. The guy/galwilling to spend the most money wins in the charade that has become "family law" .... spoken from experience. No not sour grapes. I won, and rightfully so, but I was lucky. -
I like em better outdoors...on the grill ..... JK Try a scottish fold

K....my two cents. There are just too many bad variables that come into play. Could you do it, and get away with it ? Probably. Is it worth the risk if bad shit happens. IMO, no. I ride a Harley, but have no saddlebags, so I don't ride to the DZ. There are at least 4 other Harley riders that ride to the DZ. All their gear is in saddlebags, where there is very little chance of a problem. Street bike experience = 32 years. Skydiving experience = 4 years 290 jumps with a year off cuz bad shit happened. Again, just my two cents.

I'm still in it....just a crap load slower.....n was a 200 jump wonder LMAO I'm glad titanium don't affect exit weight too much

I am not dead, and have 25 jumps on mine. Not one biffed landing. Landing crosswind, no wind, down wind. This canopy is perfect for me........ sorry don't know how to underline it. Now to my point. very simple EFS4LIFE, Read MY incident report, THEN ask me about the 48 days in the hospital, and the shit I still deal with coming up on 3 years after I hooked in. Yup....had 34 bad ass swoops on my SAMURAI....#35....not so much. 25 pieces of titanium from my L14 to my right ankle, and a real nice limp n, well the list goes on, and on. Sorry about your attitude problem. I think whomever is your mentor forgot to tell you. Wanna be a skydiver ? better develop real thick skin, and don't get all butt hurt when your called out on an obvious error in judgement. Disrespect that stiletto just once....have one itsy bitsy brain fart under canopy or on final, or even worse have to avoid someone else screwing up during final, and watch your world change INSTANTLY. good luck bro. I hope your read this, and everyone elses critique, and see it for what it is....fellow jumpers hoping to NOT see you in the incidents forum. It is NOT the personal attack you perceive. IMHO no fully eliptical canopy is suitable for a student. N yeah experience matters, whether you believe it to or not. Some progress faster than other for sure, but since our sport has no "minor league" jump numbers will have to suffice.

What keeps me from becoming completely cynical regarding this world we live in is the simple belief in "what goes around comes around" we may never get to see it, and therefore gain no personal satisfaction, but that simple belief sure helps me get to sleep at night. BTW. I grew up a small kid, but learned in hurry not to take any crap from anyone. Life woulda been really tough otherwise. Got beat up a few times, but the bullying ended when said bullies realised there was gonna be a pretty rough fight. It stopped being fun for them when they were getting stitched up too.

quittin after two broken ankles ? let em heal n get back in the sky

Dude listen to what everyone is saying. Stay on the sabre for a while. I progressed way too fast, and paid an expensive price, AND I was getting canopy coaching. Went from a sabre150 to a samurai 150 at 171 jumps. Made 34 kick ass landings on it 30 of them doing shallow 90 degree carves....the 35th landing really really sucked ass. I am now back on a sabre170 loaded at 1.26 and saving for a pilot 168. Be smart the sky is always going to be there. Titanium is expensive, and freezes in the winter, and your internal organs will thank you for waiting to move to an elliptical. Shit happens a lot faster on one, and if your close to the ground. It is gonna hurt you.

There is nothing better than sex after skydiving....unless it's sex before skydiving

Think mebbe he meant in case of a cutaway....not the re-sale of the container .....just mebbe

I had a pilot chute in tow mal, on my 153rd jump. I rolled a little right in hope it was in my burble. Nothing. Then left. Nothing. Did the EPs I was taught. Cutaway, then reserve. I am glad I cutaway, as when the reserve came out it loosened the maintray enough, that the pin pulled out and released the dbag. I shudder to think of that wad of crap ending up entangled in my deploying reserve. If I ever have another one, I will do exactly the same thing. Drank a lot that night after that one BTW.
