im not a doctor so take my advice with a grain of salt. sounds like you bruised your muscle and the best thing i could think of for it is to stretch it and put a hot/cold compress on it. 20min/20min 2 times/day. im sure you will be ok for the tunnel, shouldnt take more than a month to heal well enough for you to handle the tunnel, but just remember im not a doctor or in any medical field, ive seen a few bumps and bruises and had some myself so take my advice with caution. my alti decided it was a good idea to turn off in the plane on the ride up, turned it back on but it was a good 4-800' off at any given time when compared to other alti's, so i decided i would go by site, i pulled at what i would think is 3.5, the hardest part was the landing profile htough, i wouldnt call it a good pattern but i landed without a problem :). alright, since everyone else gets there .02 i will give my low numbered elsinore jumping, scary L3 jump story. i just started spinning really really really fast, (still dont know my body position to spin that fast) shark docked on me and i realized i was at 5.5k and should probably pull, pulled landed, went to the tunnel and havnt had a problem getting stable since. although i still thinks shark's sig should say "try the tunnel." :). just throwing it out there, the tunnel helped me a shit ton.
