from the questions he has asked and me asking specifically if they are doing this... 1) not explaining a landing pattern. 2) not teaching to not turn below x feet 3) teaching him to twist his body to make a left or right turn during freefall (not safety but weird) 4) not teaching Emergency procedures thoroughly. thats all i can think of right now, the last one i know is dependent on the person but i also know he picks up EP's quickly b/c we flew together on helicopters and i was the one teaching him. ive jumped at the DZ and its good peeps, i just think that its not the greatest of places to learn. so i got a friend training in a different state than i am in at a small cessna DZ, when i jumped there everything seemed fine but as he is telling me stuff and asking me questions i feel like he is not getting the proper training he should be and feel that the DZ is not going by the SIM for a new student doing SLP. just curious who i can bring the issue up with, i already recommended him go to a different DZ but the cost is what is keeping him there. any recommendations for him? in kuwait at least they had their own service providers that you would have to buy their phone and use their shit which was all written in arabic, im not sure with new phone tech b/c i was there a year ago or so if you could just buy one of their sim cards and unlock your phone and be golden, im not sure about network coverage of US based wireless providers in the dessert, im sure if you go to there websites they will have a detailed description of where you can get service JewBag. www.jewbag.wordpress.com

so i lost my phone in a cab last night, got all teh cab info but when i called up the NYC TLC they told me they have no central dispatch and to just put in a lost item complaint, well fuck ya the phone sucked and so i switched service to verizon and got the cheapest phone i could, w/ 2yr service i got the curve for 50 bucks, good phone for that price IMO...now im loading it up with apps :). my pin is 30a5c48d feel free to say hi =D JewBag. www.jewbag.wordpress.com

hair was good, i thought it was really good b/c it was my first broadway i saw, but in reality, wicked completely overshadowed it and put it to shame. my uncle who came with said he didnt like it that much and he's seen a few shows. wicked was amazing, the performance, the set, the entire ambiance was awesome...except waiting 3.5hrs in line for cancelations to get 2 ticets 5min before curtain =D....well worth it. you can also ask the jump pilot for an offset to measure distance, start at 1mi, then 1.5, then 2 if you think you're really good. that will help you determine how fast you are tracking. JewBag. www.jewbag.wordpress.com

if you dont want to spend more than 200 bucks and want a "suit" then i think square 1 has there suits for about 100 each, top and bottom's. but what i did is get a pair of plain black BDU's from an army surplus store for 30 bucks, and used a sweatshirt for my top. works just fine and you save a lot of money =D. ive now upgraded my sweatshirt, was using a green USMC sweatshirt, to a mountain hardware fleece. eloy is awesome, not gonna say anything bad about it, i love it there, but if you want cheap, there is no doubt Lodi. the cheapest in the country, not to sure of the dz atmosphere but i know its cheap, eloy and elsinore i know first hand are awesome atmosphere's if thats what your going for, also elsinore has a bunk house and im sure eloy does too JewBag. www.jewbag.wordpress.com
