My altimeter broke my hand when I smacked it on the windsock pole. Had a cast for exactly 4 weeks and was jumping 5 days after it came off. I wouldve jumped with the cast if they let me. Poetry don't work on whores.

If thats the case then I feel REALLY bad for their customers. Thats a total ripoff. Im glad I had skydiving friends as a whuffo prior to getting into the sport. Poetry don't work on whores.

Am I missing something then? Cause I dont see anywhere on that website that says this is for the entire A license. Its just for AFF. But if you go to elsinores website, you'll see that they charge 1762 for AFF. Them- $2895 for AFF Elsinore- $1762 for AFF Is that right? Poetry don't work on whores.

I found this site that acts as a third party for organizing outdoor activities and such. Check out how much they charge for AFF package. Thats over 1100 dollars more than I paid for mine, plus the name sounds a bit decieving, as it reads "Skydive Certification-AFF license " What do you guys think about this? http://www.extremethings.com/www/product/Skydiving-Solo-or-Tandem-Jumps,-Los-Angeles,-Southern-California/cf69d146-60e8-4f9f-9cb8-447798a01631.html Edit: I just went back and double checked on elsinores website to see how much theyre charging and it was 1762. I did wind tunnel before starting AFF and it worked out great. In fact Im scared to think of how I wouldve performed had I not done it. Perhaps another repeated course? Who knows. Best of luck with it! You made a wise choice. Poetry don't work on whores.

What was preventing you from kicking the other direction? Probably the inertia from the twisting of the lines. If Im hanging still its not that easy to get the momentum. Its not a big deal to get rid of the line twist on a big'O student/square canopy. I was on a sport canopy, not a student one. Definately not as forgiving as the twist I had during AFF. Live and learn I guess. Poetry don't work on whores.

Wow that really sucks! I hope you have a very speedy recovery and walk again soon. I have a lot of respect for you for doing the unselfish thing by quitting dangerous sports. Thats very hard to do. Poetry don't work on whores.

I went about it the same way as you did. I didnt take a course through the school. My JM said theres no point in taking one since Ive been jumping my own packjobs for a while. So I was told to come in and pack while they supervise so they can sign off on my card. Poetry don't work on whores.

What I dont understand is why you cant do a 4 way AND work on your canopy skills after you open? I would think that if anything you would learn to be a better canopy pilot having more experience flying your canopy with more people in the air at the same time as you. I read about all these incidents where it was reported that the person was a very conservative pilot but made an agressive turn to avoid an obstacle/other skydiver. (im assuming it was because they werent used to being put in that situation?) I dunno but it just seems to me that if you have more experience jumping with other people and flying your canopy with them, youre less likely to freak out if someone gets a little close to you. I know that once I get to at least 50 jumps Im going to get some training in CRW just so I can learn to be a better canopy pilot and hopefully avoid a nasty disaster in the future. I was incredibly scared on my tandem but loved it so much I decided to do AFF. And on my first AFF jump I found I was even more scared than on my tandem. But after that my door demon quickly went away. Sounds like youd be a good candidate for tandem progression. Best of luck with it! Poetry don't work on whores.
