My new freezr helmet lens broke where the lens locks to the front of the helmet. There are two holes drilled in the lens which are snapped down over two small metal posts. The manufacturer refused to replace the lens. I guess when you charge $100 for a replacement lens you don't want to cover the damage.

I have made about 30 jumps with my freezr and both locking tabs have broken. They bend the plastic and drill a hole for the lock very close to the bend. I like the helmet and ordered a new visor, but this is the last time. Paragear has offered to send the visor back to paratec, but thats it.

about turning the canopy back over, you put it in the bag and then flip the bag over. just make sure your bag is oriented properly.
