    I'm a pansy... I sprained my ankle nearly seven weeks ago and haven't jumped since. Granted I also managed to fracture three bones (the base of two toes and some other foot bone), but it's the ankle that still hurts... I'll be sure to practice PLF's before jumping again (hopefully next weekend), and I'll definitely flare
