I have an Olympus Stylus Tough. It's good for approximately 20 feet in depth. When it gets dusty, the instruction manual says soak it in the sink and then wipe it off. The strong can always afford to be gentle, It is only the weak who need to "give as good as they get."

is it reasonable to train for a marathon in 16 weeks?
jhrmustang replied to TrophyHusband's topic in The Bonfire
I just completed the Chicago Marathon in October using the Galloway training program. It is a run/walk method that reduces the chances of injury and increases the percentage of finishers. The full program is longer than 16 weeks, but since you have been active you should be able to modify the schedule and remain safe. My next marathon will be in February and I am going to continue using Galloway. I don't know how to do the clicky, but the site is jeffgalloway.com. Sounds like a good way to spend time together. Have you considered a mini-marathon? I've done two of those and will participate in the Chicago Marathon in a little less than 3 weeks. The crowds and the other runners are a big encouragement. The strong can always afford to be gentle, It is only the weak who need to "give as good as they get."
