Dru Was the Dutch that won the spirit trophy, and very well deserved it was too. Was a great comp, hopfully it'll help to build the level of European skydiving generally. Problem here could be that you track a little, have an off heading opening which takes you time to sort out, then your under canopy right where the rest off your group are going to be breaking off (not a good image). On bigger ways I've been taught that if your not in there by X feet (say 6000 if break off is at 5000) start tracking and track to your normal pull height (say 3000). I use AXA and found they were great when I broke my leg, paid all my hospital bills no question and even the tunnel time that I'd booked and couldn't use. If you look at the site you'll find this is for the general visitors and your 2 flights will be about 2 mins each (not sure how long the bonus flight will be). Bev suits, 200 jumps and about 4 hours in the tunnel, still going strong and looking like new. Symiosis suit, 100 jumps and 1 hour in the tunnel, holes in the knees, needed new booties and looked pretty worn out. Ordering from the US is no big problem as long as you get yourself measured up properly. Nick Gravity- It's not just a good idea, it's the LAW!

Don't worry about it, you should be looking at your coach/instructor rather than the mesh below you. I've never had a problem with the tunnel other than going up the stairs to get in where i start to get a bit of vertigo!!! Nick Gravity- It's not just a good idea, it's the LAW!

A friend has written a bit of software for mobiles (dosn't work on all) that randomly produces dives from the 2004 pool, and displays the formations (coloured formations). It's a java app, so if your phone supports java, it *should* work. There are two modes: 'Continuous Draws' randomly selects a new dive from the complete pool every time; 'Competition Draw' draws completely separate dives to those seen previously. To download, point the wap browser on your phone to http://wap.dougalseeley.com/ and select 'DiveGen'. If that doesn't work, (some phones (Samsung, Sony) don't like it), try going directly to the file: http://wap.dougalseeley.com/download/DiveGen/DiveGen.jad (although this doesn't seem to work on some Nokia phones). One thing to watch is if you are taking a weight belt with you. When I went to Perris in April I checked my rig (in a hard case) without any problems and hand carried my lead which was searched. One of my friends had her rig and lead in the same bag and she ended up having to pull her reserve. Nick Gravity- It's not just a good idea, it's the LAW!
