    Every morning when I watch the news before work - pretty much all I here is Katrina Victim this Katrina Victim that - to be quite honest I am getting sick of their shit....yet again FEMA just announced they will pay their living expenses for one more month (til July 31st) - I believe this is their fourth extension....the last time FEMA tried to cut off funds to Katrina Victims - the "victims" filed a class action lawsuit in Houston....enough is enough - get jobs, put your hands back in your pockets and behave yourselves!!! Otherwise get the fuck out!!!!

    Progressive is funny....they sent me a demand letter on a claim my insurance (Farmer's) denied two years earlier....and then threatened to sue me if I didn't personally pay....I had to explain to them that they couldn't sue b/c the statute of limitations had already expired.... I must say it was a rather entertaining phone conversation and I never heard from them again.....

    I measure my grass - does this make me a "nut job" - lots of people measure the height of their grass - in fact the company that fertilizes my lawn leaves me nasty notes when I cut it too short....

    Or you could end up with the buyer who writes in the contract that the playset must be removed from the yard at your expense.....buyers are weird....I sold my townhome 9 months ago and I was shocked at the buyer wanted me to do for her....i.e. she wrote my portable gas grill into the contract, two bar stools, three flower arrangements, fire place equipment etc. etc. etc.
