Saw the same thing happen with a friends Tempo up at Rantoul last year, had the same built in turn. Ended up landing hard in the parking lot just outside the convention area but was unhurt.

I drive a chevy avalanche, 1500 in different wrapping. Can't beat em. Slid off the road (@#$%@#$% blackice) in it early 2003 and took it for a flight over a ditch doing about 30 (just took a turn) and dropped a good 3 feet. Damn thing doesnt have a dent, nothing bent, nothing broken, nothing scuffed .. you get the drift .. damn things are built like tanks ... unfortunately the gas mileage is about the same

Anyone remember the trucks cleaning/emptying the porta potties up in Rantoul last year? I think that tops my list .... At least when you rear end a cop the stench goes away when the cop does :-)

Hehehe ... I'm bitching about that cold, godforsaken place I use to live in :) Independent women? If that's how ya wanna label things, fine by me :P I do want to skydive there one day though. The country is beautiful and that part I miss. As far as women goes .. I think I'll stick to the good old american kind :)

I lived in that godforsaken country for 20 years and the women aint all that :) Besides, a 16-18 hour flight and no skydive at the end ... what's the point!?! :)

I don't think that's what he meant.. You took it wrong.. Some men DO walk out on marriages.. Good ones.. And some WOMEN do the same.. He wasn't labeling all men.. Far from it actually. How about we re-write this as "Dead beat parents" since everyone seem who have taken this way too literally ???

I guess things are different here. Over seas it tends to be the other way around. And I don't think thats a single statement ... unless I got divorced over night LOL ... Most men that I know are good fathers. Only single people say that. The concept that you are an irresponsible man if you walk out on your marriage is ridiculous. Are men expected to just put up with whatever treatment they get and stay in a bad situation? That is an irrational expectation. Walking out of a marriage is somehow equated to being selfish. It immediately assigns blame to the man and sainthood to the woman. There are bad parents in both sexes. Getting divorced has little to do with it. A divorce just separates unhappy adults, it does not have anything to do with the quality of their relationship with their children.

You guys better not go metric!!! It took me a good 2 years learning your weird ass measuring system. If you go metric I'll have to relearn it all again LOL Why should the U.S. change over to metric? Both systems are just as "accurate" and there are actually several advantages to using "Imperial" units.

AT&T is good here but nowhere close to T-Mobile. I can't really complain since work picks up the bill but then again that does leave me very little options as far as providers :( I guess you can't get everything ...

I use a Sony Ericson T316. My other half is using some type of Samsung and gets just as shitty signal quality. There are other companies in the area with MUCH better coverage, AT&T, T-Mobile, even Verizon but I don't think any of the offer any kind of GSM services, I'd have to look to be sure. I live about 20 miles north of downtown Cincinnati. I have to admit, when I do have coverage the sound quality is far better than any of the other services .. its just too bad the c-area isnt quite there yet.

a word of advice, I use Cingular GSM ... well, if the #@$%^@#$% phone actually works that is. Coverage is crappy at best but they are getting there. Just don't expect too much, chances are climbing that cell tower for the better signal wont make much of a difference ...

I lost weight when I started jumping. I think it was because you forget to eat and drink nothing but water when you're going through AFF. Or atleast that's how it went for me.

The reason for loosing the weight skydiving is due to fact that by the time you're done jumping ya have just enough money for 14 days worth of ramen noodles .... lol

Been there, done that. I had a very hesitant opening (didnt get in the saddle until 1,100 feet) and as I was going to cut it away I grabbed cut-away handle and nipple ring. I needless to say got rid of the ring after that! -

Ssss-ss-ssalt? *crosses legs* .. what did ya chase that with, a healthy does of hydrochloric acid???? Not necessarily. I used sea salts to clean the jewelry itself. -

The reason you don't need anything to clean it with is cause it doesnt stop bleeding for the first 3 @#$%@#$ days LOL. I'll never have that done again!!!
