Just a PSA (public service announcement and Prostate Specific Antigen test) for you older guys:
You really don't want vigorous stimulation of the prostate shortly before going to the doctor for a PSA test. Especially if, oh, say, you might have used your girlfriend's vibrator for 30 minutes or so up there. Otherwise, you will be getting referred to another doctor for biopsy. And by shortly before, the level was 10 times the normal maximum the next day , and was still 2.5x normal maximum, even 4 weeks later. 3 months later, everything was cool, but it did require having to tell a couple of doctors, one by email which was screened by his nurse, of the probable cause of the high reading, in order to head off the biopsy. I just love having stuff like that on my medical record.
