  1. That's f-ing funny...it's like a bad episode of cops [Mean cop voice]Sir, please cease and desist the humping. Ma’am would you like to press charges if he's not a pure bread?[/end mean cop voice]
  2. Did anyone see the documentary about their (first?) tour? Some of the stuff in the doc made "This is Spinal Tap" look normal
  3. I got it from the site you posted, so it seems to be back up.
  4. An old drunk I knew always used to say "God an' I got a polite understanding, I don't go into his church, and he don't come into my bar"
  5. Is this the pic? (Look out the window)
  6. Another one from Dean-o: "If you drink don't drive. Don't even putt." "My Grandmother is over 80 and still doesn't need glasses. Drinks right out of the bottle."--Henny Youngman (1906-1998) "I don't drink water, fish f*ck in it"--Not sure who said it, to lazy to look it up.
  7. This chick I once knew told me her fav pick up line was "I like peanut butter, wanna f%&k?" Being the dumbass that I am, I never tried it on her, so I don't know really works or not.
  8. Hate to be the downer on this thread, but remember to think about how it'll affect her if she accidentally packs you a mal.
  9. Ok, here is how I see things....I'm not very politically minded, hell up until last month I was never even registered to vote (I defend democracy, but I don't participate in it) , but whether you were serious or not, what you said is exactly the way I feel. The question still remains, how can we get someone into the election that normally wouldn't be there, besides lots of money (that's part of the problem). I'm not saying this should be figured out before the next election, cause I know it wouldn't, but maybe if people start pushing for a change in the next several years we might have something going for 2012....or maybe 2008. It's never too late to take your country back from the people you don't want to have it. Like I said, I’m not the one that should be talking about political revolution, but maybe that’s not such a bad idea. As far as the money goes, there has to be plenty of rich people out there that are willing to listen to the different ideas that are out there now. Hell, what about Bill Gates (you mentioned his type of money), he is such a big mind/free thinker, maybe he’ll give some money. All we (those who want a change) need to do is come up with some ideas…..a few good ideas started this country, a few good ideas started this political process, a few good ideas is the great thing this country was founded on!!!! This may all sound like some dumbass tirade, but really I’m just trying to figure everything out. Please help me out.
  10. doh!!!!....i was gonna ask what I should have for dinner tonight
  11. So that gets to my question....how can we (meaning people who want a change from the standard 2 party system into the "3 or more party" system) get this out there? I feel that there are so many people out there want to vote for someone other than the current options. It seems that most everyone else that feels that way are scared to vote something other that the 2 main parties. How can we change that? Is it as serious as a political revolution....grasss roots, 3rd party canadates starting off in local and state governement, etc? In short, how can we make a change?
  12. Best strength is the fact that I'm extreemly (sp) humble and don't make fun of other people. Growing up I got made fun of/made people uncomfortable alot, because of my teeth (birth defect), so I know what that's like. I'll never knowingly do that to someone else and that has helped me have an uncanny ability to see things from others points of view.
  13. That used to be my biggest flaw, but I worked hard on that and (don't laugh) even got a set of tattos to remind me not to do that. Now it's probably my beer consumption, and a little bit o' self deprecation...though that is also one of my best traits.
  14. .....a jelly fuckin donught!!!! and why are you not alowed to have jelly donughts pvt pyle?!?!?!
  15. Just my 2 cents here…. Loud pipes on a bike are just one of those things that motorcycle owners sometimes do…..kind of like those who do a sweet swoop or a cool head down, they do it because they can. Sometimes it’s to show off, sometimes it’s because that is what gets them charged up. Like everything else, there are those who do it right and those that push it more than everyone else want them to. That is never a good idea, where an engine safely revs to is dependant on the load it is under…..if an engine has no load, (clutch engaged, just spinning freely, etc.) reving it up and keeping it there is a wicked bad idea, but if it has a load on it, it’s not as bad for the engine and most times it can handle more. After a re-reading of your post, whether the dude is running loud pipes or not, that guy is an asshat!!!!. Edited to add: I totally agree with what squeak said, it just takes me to long to type what I'm thinking.
  16. Let me first start with a warning: I'm a newbie also so hopefully other people with more experance can help you out more /end warning. There is a DZ in Chatteris. I never jumped there, but I stopped by a couple times when I lived in Lakenheath. They seem like a good operation, but again, I don't have much experance. Here's the web sight: http://www.ukskydiving.com/
  17. Bro, I'm sure you got lots of friends here that will defend you; but no one here is saying you gotta believe the the same thing they do. If that was the case, I'm sure this thread would be in "Speakers Corner". Last I checked the thread title was "The freakiest sh*t I ever saw (paranormal)...", not "The freakiest sh*t I ever saw (paranormal)... and if you really believe this I'm gonna rip your sh*t apart". Save some of your negative views for other threads....thanks. Of course this is just MHO.
  18. Ok, here is my opinion (I'm no expert and this is really just what I think), and everyone knows that opinions are like a$$holes. Iraq isn't the US, just because we have the 1st Amendment in the bill of rights doesn't mean that that is the first thing that should be established in a county that, up until now had people getting their hands cut off for stealing, or being killed at the whim of a dictator. Yes, the war is taking longer than the general public (and plenty of government) thought it would take, but changing the way people think about rebuilding a nation that for a very vocal and extreme part of the population is happy to live the same way people lived in that country for hundred years, well it's going to take a while. Taking someone from the 1500-1800s and dropping them in the middle of Tokyo, LA, San Francisco, NY, etc., would surely drive them crazy. Try doing that to a whole society...good luck trying to keep them from turning into "Lord of the Flies". For all you who don't believe the same, flame away. Thanks for hearing my opinion.
  19. You mean there isn't a Leprechaun at the end of a rainbow with a pot o' gold? Damn, there goes plan A....now I guess I'll have to plan on winning the lottery.
  20. I’ve only been here about a year and haven’t heard anything about Ballast Point. This happened about 3 blocks north of Euclid. What’s some good stories about Ballast point? I’m sure there are other people in Tampa, and people on this thread for that matter, that would like to hear the stories about that area. WOW, that is some freaky sh*t
  21. Ok, not sure if this counts, but here's one of my stories.....I was walking home from a pub I had met some friends at earlier in the night (walking down bayshore, for those that know Tampa). I'd had 2 or 3 beers, not much compaired to my usual case or so on my regular nights out. Anyway, it's about 1:30am and I see a dark figure sitting on a parkbench on the side of the sidewalk, I think, no big deal, just some dude hanging around....as i get closer I still can't make out "his" face (I'm trying hard to figure out if I'm gonna make it outta there without getting robbed). It comes to the point where I'm about 2 feet from "him" and I still can't see "his" face, then all of a sudden "he" turns "his" head torwards me and all I see is a void. Not even black, just nothing, and I felt more physically scared and sick than I've ever felt before. The best way I could describe it was looking at pure evil, I really have no other explanation. I don't know what it was (imagination, just me being dumb, etc.), but I tell you what.....nothing scares me anymore. I ran like a little girl for a good .25 mile and nothing else happened the rest of the walk home.
  22. No shit about that hindsight thing....just got home from Orlando. Where I was (south Orlando, in the Disney area) didn't seem to get it to bad. Lots of trees and signs down and most street lights had no power, but all the business in that very small area were up and running this morning, along with all the Disney parks open (I crashed at a Disney workers place). My best wishes go out to everyone, hope you are safe and sound....any update on the people at LW?!?!
  23. Well, I'm off to Orleando to try to miss the worst of it. All of you stay safe!!!
