Switzerland was a no fly zone for Axis & Allies yet Allied pilots managed to bomb Swiss cities and shoot at swiss planes. Can't have been that bad if they choose to land there over germany. Swiss internee reports: http://swissinternees.tripod.com/hughes.html Switzerland was not self-sufficient, food was rationed and people had to grow food on every green area that seemed usable, mostly by women and children since the men were called to service. So, lots of swiss would have been happy with a half inch slice of swiss cheese. Cry me a river....

I can totally see that, those guns are really precise. I was shooting 10m Air Rifles growing up, until 16 then they trust you with a SIG-550 Assault Rifle on 300m, which was more fun :)

The article is not about Olympic shooting, it's about Modern Pentathlon Juniors. The running and shooting is combined into one event, similar to a Biathlon at the winter olympics. I can see why they think a laser would be saver for kids. Plus it looks like it gets kicked out of the olympics soon anyways.

I had to lookup what Modern Pentathlon is. Pistol shooting, épée fencing, 200 m freestyle swimming, show jumping, and a 3 km cross-country run. Must be a "Modern Pentathlon" thing.

The simplest explanation would be that the lifting charge detonated the main charge. The timing for it is perfect and if you look at it frame by frame it sure looks like the explosion originates inside his tube.

Yes, if you just buy a one off single ticket it's very expensive. But there are usually different plans and programs that make longer stays a lot cheaper.

I saw a documentary about that on swiss television. I think it played in Iran, where they have temporary marriages. You sign up for a predetermined duartion, pay the priest and voila you are married and automatically divorced when the time is up. That seems to be used for prostituion, dating etc. So at least some found a solution...

What do I make up? According to the Department of State website, 1 Million American live in Mexico. If you use the mentioned 200 murders then the rate is already lower than here, add the 20 million tourists and it's going to be even lower. That's the only point I'm making....not exactly sure what your point is though.

Yes I do, 83% of them are made up on the spot, and I don't trust one that I did not forge myself. What else is there to grasp? Not including the tourists since I don't know how long they stay on average: 1,000,000 / 200 = 5,000 300,000,000 / 83,119 = 3,609

I never understood the early mergers, an invisible line must exist for them. If you merge after that line you're an asshole if you merge before the line you're courteous. If you have a couple of early mergers in front of you then that lines keeps moving further and further away from the actual merge point. Until an asshole resets the line then whole game starts over...

They are inovative, maybe not in the area you care. Their development tools are excellent which allows one to build software like this pretty easily. I'm not an expert, so what I think to know is: If you order something though the mail and it's for personal use then it's tax free up to $200. If you travel and take it with you then up to $800 is tax free. If the value is over $2000 then the import has to be a formal one, at the port where the goods enter the US... I don't know exactly how much they charge you if it's over $200, I think it depends on the item. You should get the VAT back, but I have only done it in person when I was living in Switzerland and bought something in Germany. You have to let the store know that you intent to export the item, they then gave me a form and the receipt. The form I had to get stamped at the customs when I entered CH. Then the next time you are at the store they refund you the money after presenting them the stamped form and receipt. It's probably a similar process if you order it though mail, but I have not done it myself so far... That's all I know, sorry....
