    Hey Kris, I've been reading and anxiously waiting to see updates on lil Icarus (what a beautiful bird).... I'm sending vibes and all that good stuff (behind the scenes in my usual manner). But, what I must say, I think you are by far one the "good ones." I am amazed every time I read what you do. you never hesitate to offer a helping and loving hand.     Lake Elsinore is laid back, the people are very welcoming and friendly. They always have load organizers on the weekend's, so you could hook up with someone to jump with - just ask Kat @ manifest who to connect with. Not sure what rental gear they have.     Hey Rosa, You should call and see if they are allowing observer rides on the Heli.... It is so much fun! I did that when I was injured and couldn't jump. It was a good thing I had that sealt belt harness on cuz half my body was hanging out of the helicopter when everyone jumped.     Was just checking out Skydive San Diego's website, and they will have helicopter jumps from 5 grand.... edited to add Fun jumps are $179 all you jump for 2 days or $99 for 1 day. Anyone plan on going down south to partake in this boogie.     I had one about 2 years ago - the Doctors were trying to rule out mini strokes. Not sure how long I was in there but, it didn't bother me at all.... the tech kept worrying, and asking if I was okay. I actually thought the noises were interesting - afterwards I told the tech that I felt like I was at a rave party listening to techno... The tech got a good chuckle out of it! Good luck!     I used an "official" pet sitter last year, however had a very bad experience (overdosed my cat on his meds). Since then I have been using a college student (friend of my cousin). She stays at my place and I pay her what I'd pay for a sitter ($15 per visit - figure 2 x day). Bonus, bonus, my cat's get all the attention of having someone there, and she gets some extra cash (starving college student). Good luck!     Jack, I just finished reading both of your Bugs post's. My heart goes out to you and Lynn! Sincere condolences to you both. My cat became very ill last year (he's in remission now), but every day I live in fear coming home to find my baby weak, jaundiced, and in pain. There is nothing worse than seeing your babies in pain. At least you know that you offered Bugs peace.     Hey Darcy, Yes, I definately need the break.... however it's not for a while - too much work travel in between! I'm heading out October 20th - November 1st. I know, not the best time of the year for Ireland. But, the dreary weather is part of the allure of Ireland.
